"You're looking better already," she says, staring at the bed sheets. He watches her.

"I feel better, too. Madame Pomfrey can work miracles. How are you? You seem, I don't know, angry?" She shrugs, turning her attention to the window.

"I am, of course I am. Those guys were doing too much again. What were they thinking?"

"But it's over. I think it really is, though," he says as Andromeda's glare increases. "I mean, especially because of Snape's reaction. I didn't think he was capable of doing that."

"It's Professor Snape, and of course he is. He's a teacher. He's a nice man, under everything."

"If you say so," Tobias says with a smile. Andromeda looks up at him and gives him a hesitant smile. Her eyesight was back to normal and her nails had rounded again.

"What else would explain him helping us?" Andromeda asks, sitting in the chair beside Tobias' cot.

"He likes punishing people?" Tobias offers. Andromeda laughs. "No, I'm serious," he continues. "Every time I see him, no matter where it is, he'll get onto someone about something. And I'm pretty sure he hates me."

"No, there's no reason for him to hate you," Andromeda argues.

"That's what I thought, but still, he hates me," Tobias grumbles. Andromeda laughs. "So what were you going to study?"

"I was going to work on my star charts, but since I'm not in the library I can practice my charms. Unless that would bother you?" Andromeda says.

"No, go right ahead," Tobias says. "Which one were you planning on doing? I think your levitation charm was really good, so not that one." Andromeda grins.

"Thanks. I'm not that great with the fire-making charms or severing charms, but I think Madame Pomfrey would kick me out of here in a second if I tried those in here," Andromeda says, looking around for the healing witch, but she was in her office.

"What about that dancing charm?" Tobias asks, pushing himself into more of a sitting position. Andromeda fluffs a pillow behind him to help.

"Thanks for the reminder," Andromeda tells him, taking a seat again with a groan. "What should I make dance?"

"I have just the thing," Tobias tells her, excited. He reaches an arm down the side of the bed, wincing, but pulls his bag up before Andromeda can jump up to get it for him. He shuffles a hand through it, "it was a birthday present from my sister that I just got today," he explains before pulling out a pair of small plastic figures."I knew I had to show you. My sister works at the ministry as a Muggle Relations liaison and said these were the most popular toys right now. She called them, um," Tobias took a second to think through it, "mutant teenage turtle ninjas."

"Those'll be perfect," Andromeda says with a grin. She pulls her wand out and points it at the two plastic turtles on the bed sheet. "Tarantallegra," she says with a swish. The figures start a dramatic paso doble, the one with the orange mask using his nunchucks to add more flair to his stances while the purple one followed the orange ones' lead.

"Nice," Tobias says, impressed.

"I was trying to get them to cha cha." Andromeda sighs as she waves her wand to get the figures to stop. They both freeze in the original position they had and fall over onto the bed.

"Turtles don't cha cha," Tobias says as if he was personally offended by her thinking that. Andromeda laughs and picked up the two figures, handing one to Tobias.

"I'll remember that for the test, then," she tells him.
