Zombies (Zed and Addison)

Chapter Four

I hardly slept the night before, after that dream I just couldn't keep my eyes shut. It was morning now and everyone was awake. We had breakfast, well not really breakfast, but breakfast bars. That was mostly what I brought as food. Bucky brought pop tarts, bree brought water and juices. But this stuff would only last us a few days. After having my breakfast bar, I put on a jacket and open the door. Bucky stops me before I was about to leave. I turned around and questioned him. "You can't go out there, there are zombies." he says panicked. "Well we need food, I am just going to find food and then will be right back" I say trying to not make them worry. He nods and let's me go. I walk out the door and then slowly out of the warehouse to see a bright beautiful shining sun. I couldn't see anyone outside. But I did wish I could see zed. But while I am out here, I should find out why their z-bands were messed up. I walk to the nearest supermarket and got some food. After that I walk to the school, I walk across the football field to the back doors. I open the back doors and walk inside. When I walk in I see my parents, I ran up to them, hugging them tightly. But what I didn't realize was.... THEY WERE ZOMBIES. I ran from them to the zombie safe room. I locked the door and backed away, until I touched something. Whatever it was it growled at me. I screamed and then turned around before punching it in the face. I open my eyes to see zed. But he's tied up. He was still his zombie self, but more controlled. All I could see was him in pain because of his z-band. He growled when I got to close, it was like he didn't want me near him. I was struggling on hugging him or just leaving him be. I grabbed his arm, he was so relaxed about it as well. I looked at his z-band. It looked like it was the reason he was acting this way. Normally he never would be this way. Just then a light bulb lit up, Eliza's computer, I ran out of the room and to her locker, I grabbed her computer and ran back. I saw a code on zeds z-band and quickly typed it. It was a type of chemical, that makes the zombie's got crazy. Someone who made this doesn't want zombies to be with humans, but they we're dumb and started the zombie apocalypse again. I typed a certain code and then zed relaxed. I guess it worked because he looked really clam and was turning back to normal, maybe to normal. His hair wasn't green anymore and he wasn't pale either. Did I just turn him human? My thought was inurrpted by zeds lips connecting with mine. We kissed for a while, he smirked into the kiss. He moves closer to deepen the kiss. We soon pull apart and he looks in the mirror. Before I could say anything. Zed pulls me into a hug. "Thank you, " was all he said until he moved away from me, just like what happened in the dream. But I was not a zombie... What the heck is going on? I was snapped out of my daydream by zed hugging me. But he was his normal zombie self. I sighed in relief, he was normal again. But now we need to find a way to change everyone else back.
