Zombies (Zed and Addison)

Chapter Nine

Addison pov

I want to give up on everything. Zed will be sent away in a few days. I hate all of this. I just wish I could flick a switch and change everything, but I can't. Well, maybe I can. I ran out of school and slowly sneaked into zombie town. I ran to zed's house and then knocked on the door. Within a minute the door opened and I was greeted by zed. He got a big smile once he realized it was me. "Hey addy, what do you need? " he asked confused by the fact I was here instead of school. "You remember the promise we made to each other? " I asked hoping he remembered. He only nods his head and then sits down by me. "The one about being together forever right? " he asked not sure which promise. I nod my head. He smiled and pulled me close. "We will always be together, I promise" he said before kissing my cheek. I moved out of his grip and zed gave me a confused look. "Make me like you, I want to be a zombie so we can be together forever." I say out of the blue, not really knowing if that is possible. He looked shocked and then backed away from me. "Are your crazy? " he asked before walking to the kitchen. "No, I am not but I want to be with you. " I say getting stressed. "Your parents will kill me, if they found out" zed says with a terrified face. "But then I get to be with you" I say almost for the hundred time. "But you do know that you will never be human again, so make your choice wisely, I don't want you to regret anything." Zed says before walking out of the room. Maybe he is right, I should thing about this. But how am I going to turn into a zombie and how will everyone react. I should just sit down and think about this. I only have a few days until he leaves. I should think fast.
