Chapter One

It's been a day like any other except Luca and Myself made it in first so we are in the bull pin relaxing and eating Breakfast. Deacon walked in he kissed my cheek taking a seat next to me putting his coffee on the table. Smiling reaching over grabbing my phone from Luca who loved to look though my phone to see if I was keeping anything from him,

"Think we will get a call today?" Deacon asked

"Always do because of the stupid people out there" I said throwing my plate away

"Luca, Deke, Britt this is Lexi" Hondo said smiling

"Nice to meet you I'm Luca, Deke and Britt" Luca said

"Be nice" Deke said patting my knee

"I will try" I said taking my coffee

I walked out of the room with Deke following me to the locker room. Pushing the door open walking over to my locker opening it. Deke opened his which is right by mine I got my gear out putting my phone on the shelf taking my SWAT shirt off putting my gear on grabbing my phone putting it in my pocket.

"Your not happy about having another girl on the team are you?" Deke asked

"It's always been Me, You and Luca not 4 of us" I said putting my gun in the holster

"It can be just us let Luca show the new girl the ropes" Deke said laughing

"Let her drive Luca up the damn wall" I said laughing

"My place for dinner?" Deke asked

"I thought it was my turn to fix dinner" I said putting my vest on

"You fixed dinner last week" Deke said

"No you fixed it last week" I said

"I remember that was you" Deke said

"Ok, Ok dinner at your place" I said kissing his cheek

Luca, Lexi and Hondo walked in to get ready right as all our phones went off. Deke grabbed his gun and I grabbed mine since both of us where ready we ran out of the locker room. There is a class here on a tour to see if its something they want to do when they get done with school,

"Deke, Britt wait up" Luca said

"Thought you would be with the new girl" Deke said

"Nope, Chris is going to show her the ropes" Luca said

Luca, Deke and I are in a car together, I am driving Deke is in the passenger seat and Luca is in the back. Swerving though the cars I took a sharp right to cut the car off that is caring 4 babies that was kidnaped by there dad. I hit the car on the right side spinning it the middle of the street. I opened the door getting out pointing my gun at the dad getting out, A few moments later shots rang out and Deke, Luca and I all returned the fire ducking behind the car for cover. Luca took another shot and got the guy that was driving. Deke peeked over the car shooting at the passenger. I watched him fall to the ground holding his leg, I stood up grabbing my Assault Rifle shooting the dad who was in the passenger side. A few hours have passed and They took Deke into Surgery to remove the bullet. Hondo, Lexi and Chris walked over to where Luca and I are.

"What happened?" Hondo asked

"Deke got shot when he tried to take the dad out" Luca said

"Is She ok?" Chris asked seeing me pacing the floor

"She's been doing that since they brought Deke in" Luca said
