Chapter 7

Daniel's P.O.V

Three days passed after what happened between Zach and Jack.Zach left the hospital at the exact same day but things between him and Jack weren't going pretty well ,they don't sit together at all,not at the same room,not at the same car,they don't even have meals together.if Zach is eating with us, Jack doesn't and if Jack is ,Zach doesn't .The worst part is that i can't do anything about it, wait no..i actually can. I got up getting upstairs looking for Jack.

"Bruuh where are you going?"said Corbyn from the living room were they were all playing Fortnite except Jack

"i'll be right back"i said when i finally reached the top of the stairs.i knocked on Jack' room's door then entered.He was talking on the phone while smiling,i won't bother and ask who was it cause i already know.

"Jack" i said trying to have his attention

"i'm on the phone"he said then continued talking

"end the damn call Jack" i said giving him silly faces cause he was looking at me in disgust.He hates when somebody interrupts him while being on the phone.

"what do you want?" he said putting his hand on the microphone

"talk?"i said then he gave me his back laying on his stomach, completely ignoring me.I closed the door and got down the stairs, i grabbed Zach's hand and ignored his questions.We reached the top of the stairs then Jack's room, but this time i didn't even knock.He turned and before he could even see what's happening i took his phone from his hand"dude what the hell?" he said moving his hands in the air with confusion, but i ignored him and started looking for the keys till i found them, both of them were looking at me in total confusion" you gud bro?" said Zach

"Here it is, both of you aren't gonna take even ONE step out of this room till you solve the shit that is happeing between you two,even if it took you 2 weeks"i said then quickly closed the door and locked it.i got down stairs ignoring Zach that was cursing me and knocking on the door non-stop.

Zach's P.O.V

This can never get any worse...i've been trying as hard as i can to avoid him for the past couple of days, i know where this is going.. i'm gonna tell him what happened and he'll just keep denying it and standing for Gabriela even though he wasn't even there.so i'm just gonna simply keep my mouth shut.

"Are you just gonna stand there saying nothing?"he said and i were still giving him my back

"what do you expect me to say mr.genius?" i said turning to face him"if i say anything you'll just keep calling me a liar and stand for Gabriela so we better keep it this way.easier for both of us"okay that's definatly not what 'keeping my mouth shut' means

"atleast try me"he said

"i already did..and all u did was punching me in the face"i said and lowered my voice at the last few words

"i'm sorry Zach, i didn't mean to...i j..."he tries to go on but i cut him off"no Jack!i know what you're gonna say, you're gonna say 'i was just shocked and my body reacted to that situation that way cause blah blah blah' and all the bullshit u keep saying"

"you were rapping the poor girl Zach! you're only 16! and you're rapping h...."

"No Jack!!i wasn't rapping her, never did such a thing and never will! i've been your damn bestfriend for two years now and you just simply believe a random girl that walked into our lives out of nowhere!? and the worst part is that she even...." i can't say that, i don't know why but i just don't think that i should, this will break his heart into billions of pieces,he may even hate me forever. he looked at the ground in disappointment then when he realized what i said at the end he looked at me so fast
