I froze...again

my eyes were closed and i couldn't open them to check if i was dead or what happened to Corbyn and Ashley till i heard another sound

Bang!

And that's when i instantly opened my eyes,i was okay but when i looked up i saw Jason on the floor with blood coming out of his stomach,i turned around to check on Corbyn and his sister,he was on the floor and Ashley was too,the only difference was that Ashley's eyes were open while Corbyn's weren't

She started to panic and cry shaking her brother but he didn't respond

what did i do?

nothing..i was still frozen

"J-jack.."i looked back infront of me and it was Zach..with a gun in his hand

He was lost and kept looking to the man on the floor with wide eyes

"D-did i?"he stuttered but said nothing..

I did nothing.

Zach's P.o.v

I didn't know what to do or what to expect,till i saw Ashley behind him crying and saying unclear words shaking her brother,i quickly ran to her and threw the gun away from my hand

"A-are you okay?"i asked her but she just kept crying and almost screaming

I looked down at Corbyn and saw his chest bleeding

"o-oh my-Jack!"i shouted for him to come but he didn't,he didn't even hear me,it was like he was somewhere else

"Jack!"i shouted his name again but nothing

I tried to carry him but i couldn't, and Ashley was already so damn weak so she could barley walk

"FUCK,JACK!"i shouted again and he started crying,more like sobbing and fell on his knee

i kept trying to carry Corbyn but i couldn't i almost gave up and started crying my turn till i saw someone come in

It was Daniel,he looked around in shock for a second but then he ran to us

"w-what happened to him?"he asked as he helped me carry him on our shoulders

We were at the stairs when i stopped"Daniel can you carry him alone?"i asked and he nodded as i let go of Corbyn

I ran to Jack that was still on the floor sweating,crying and shaking

i can't leave him here,over my dead body

"Jack we need to go"i said as i helped him stand and he stopped crying all of a sudden but he looked like he was totally lost and didn't understand anything

"Ashley,you go follow Daniel"i said and she nodded and followed them resting herself on the wall while walking

I grabbed the gun with my left hand and started walking,helping Jack walk cause he was a little unconscious

"We're gonna be okay"i said and he kept staring at me

"Get it!get in!"Rylee shouted as we got out of the building

Daniel opened the door for us and i got Jack in the car then i did and closed the door

Jack's breathing was unstable and he was still sweating like crazy,i kept telling him that everything is okay and that is going to be fine when i myself wasn't sure about it,i'm not sure about anything
