I wake up and the first I hear are male voices. What the fuck is happening? Where am I? I look around the room where I am. No idea. I need to know where I am and whose those male voices are from. When I stand up.

— Are you better?

— What? I mean, yeah. I'm better. What happened? — I remember this guy. It's Josh. I remember him because I was looking at him during his gig while trying to not pass out.

— I found you on the hallway, you were pale... And then you passed out.

— And you brought me here? — I look him up and down. — You?

— You think I can't?

— I doubt it, to be honest. — He laughs. — What's so funny? — He shooks his head. -
— No, tell me.

— It's nothing. — He smiles. — I just find the situation funny. You shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

— Yeah, but don't try to fool her. You called me to carry her here. — It's now the bassist who speaks. I don't remember his name.

— I knew it.

— But you could have been wrong.

— Yeah, I could have been, but I wasn't.

— When you decide to stop arguing, Josh, we need to go to the hotel and you... Eh...

— Marchis

— Marchis, I guess you'll have things to do. Fuck, what a rare name. — I roll my eyes and decide to ignore the rude comment.

— Yeah, I should go and try to find my friend

— I think you should go see a doctor, you passed out!

— Don't be so annoying and let the girl be, Josh.

— Okay, I really think I need to go — I look at my phone to see if I have any texts from Val. I have 27 calls and 80 texts from her, I'm not kidding. — I hope everything goes alright for you guys. Bye and thank you for not leaving me back in the hallway. — I call Val. It's not long till she takes the call. — I'm sorry...

— Where are you? — She shouts at me. —You didn't think you should had called me? I was so worried! — I try not be stress myself and end crying on a corner once again. She knows I hate when people shout but only for this time I understand why she's doing it. But it's not my fault that I passed out.

— I know you're worried but listen to me, I had to get out because I wasn't feeling okay, and that's the reason I pass out. I'll tell you when I see you. Where are you? — She tells me where she's at and I start walking there. Hi, how was the concert?

— Nice, now tell me.

— I'll tell you when we get home.

— You're worrying me.

— It's nothing, I promise. — We start walking to the trolley car in silence. I know she's mad at me but she'll soon understand what happened. I decide not to tell her anything because there's still some fans around. To be honest, I want to do nothing with them, I don't want paparazzi or journalist.

We finally get home after a very long and uncomfortable walk.

— So? You're going to tell me what happened anytime soon or you're gonna tell me tomorrow? — I sigh. I don't want to tell her. I don't want to worry her more that she already is, I also don't want her to feel responsible or that it's her fault.

— Yeah. So I walked to a hallway because I needed air. We were on first row, too many people around me. You know I can't stand that..

— Yeah I know that, I'm sorry.

— It's okay. The thing is you couldn't find me because the singer of the opening act didn't want to leave me there alone. So yeah, I passed out and when I woke up I was in their dressing room. When I called you I was already out. — Val starts laughing. — What's so funny? I just told you I passed out.

— I know, but you were with The Faim on their dressing room!

— So?

— Many girls would have liked to be you.

— Well I'd have let them.

— Oh c'mon! Don't be like that, they have been very nice to you. They could've just left you there.

— Right... — I smile remembering the situation. — I think I need to take a shower and then go to bed. I'm tired and it's been a long day.

Once I'm in the bathroom I take my make up off. To be honest, what just happened to me it's unreal. I get in the shower. I finish showering, I dry myself and get in my pijamas. I check the hour and I realize I've been in the shower for a really long time. I go to the leaving room and there I see Val looking at the videos she has recorded. Now is the time to ask how the concert was. I sit right next to her.

— How was it? Tell me about it. — She smiles at me like she's been waiting my question for hours. She starts talking about the concert and some minutes after she concludes saying that that was the best concert she's ever been to. — So, we should do it again?

— I wish!

We still talk about this day that, at least for me it's been very long, but so short for her. My body is shouting me to get in bed so I say goodnight to her, so does she and I get in bed.

When I woke up, the first I do is go to the kitchen to make breakfast, I didn't get dinner last night and I don't want Val to get angry at me. We don't have anything planed for today so I might as well go to buy some make up.

— Good morning.

— Good morning, do you have anything to do today?

— No, why?

— I wanna go...

— Buy some make up — She says for me. Sometimes is scary how good she knows me. Or I may be very predictable. — I saw it coming, but it's been too long shock we've gone shopping together. You want me to come by? — I nod. — Yeah, I'll go. — I smile thanking her.

I finish with my breakfast and I go get ready. And hour and a half after we're ready so we decide to go. We take the trolley car to go the shopping area that's it's twenty minutes away from home.

— I follow you.

After being in many shops and buying make up I remember I have to go to my agency to look for a job once again. We head there and when we're about to get inside we stop when we see who's there.

— Weren't they supposed to be leaving?

— You should know it, you're the Sleeping With Sirens fan.

Five minutes after they get out. Stevie and Josh look at me.

— Hi Marchis. — It's Stevie the one that talks to me. To be honest I thought they wouldn't even remember me. — You better? — Oh, of course they would remember me. How can you forget about the stupid girl that fainted in the middle of the hallway on a concert?

— Yes, thank you. — I walk to the door but they're in front of it. — Can you please move? I need to get inside and get my name on the list to have a job soon. — They move but when I try to get inside one of them talks to me making me stop.

— Wait! — I turn around. It's Josh. — Are you looking for a job as a make up artist? — I nod. — You see... Our make up artist it's leaving us for the rest of the tour because of personal issues. So, what I want to say is, would you like to come with us and be our make up artist for what's left of this tour?

I need to think this through. Do I really want to do this?
