*Zayn's POV*
"What the actual fuck are you doing here." I growled, barely restraining myself.
"I came to see Kelly, is she ok?" he asked his worry looked genuine but I still wanted to spit on the piece of scum.
"Who the fuck told you?" I demanded.
"Sorry about that..." Louis said while nervously scratching the back of his neck.
"What the HELL? He almost raped her?!" I shouted while grabbing the collar of Louis shirt.
"Stop it!" a little voice said. I turned around and noticed a small bundle of curls that couldn't be more than 5'2, and around 21.
"Shh Celeste baby don't get involved.." Niall said in a hushed voice before defensively pushing her behind his back.
"Guys let's not fight at I time like this." Louis piped in. This isn't about past conflicts, this is about our hurt friend. Niall you can see her while she's asleep, but once she wakes up you have to leave, she might have a nervous breakdown from seeing you."
We all raised our brows, surprised by how mature and smart Louis acted.
"Fine. I'm going to go check on her." Niall huffed, before eyeing me. "Preferably without Zayn breathing down my neck the whole time."
He walked into the hospital room with Celeste in tow. The only reason I let him go in there was because Kelly was still asleep from anesthetics, and I wasn't sure if I could see her like that. All crumpled up and weak, all because of me.
She didn't deserve this. I had to bring her to the bar, I dragged her down to my darkness. She is so beautiful and innocent, like a fragile daisy. But I new she was anything but fragile. She went through hell just to get our flat, and she's going through it again.
I single year dripped from my eye, thinking about the pain I've caused her. I am a shadow, and she is a bright light in a world full of darkness. But all shadows need light to exist.
