I've been living on Neverland for as long as I can remember. Everything has been absolutely perfect until a new arrival showed up. A girl named Wendy Darling. Since then, the lost boys and even the person I thought cared about; Peter Pan has been ignoring me.
The boys don't want me taking care of them, they want Wendy. Peter doesn't give me attention anymore, he only pays attention to Wendy. Right now, I am sitting alone on a log by the fire. Felix comes up and sits next to me. "Hey Serena, how are you?" I put on a fake smile and said, "I'm fine, Felix."
He looked at me and I knew he didn't believe me. "Come on, Serena. What's wrong?" I finally caved and told him what was wrong. "It's Peter and the boys. Ever since Wendy showed up here, they've been ignoring me. I don't know what I did wrong." As I was talking, I could feel tears wet my face.
"Oh Serena, it's ok." Felix wrapped his arms around me and I snuggled into his side. I was finding comfort in Felix's embrace when I heard laughter. I looked up and saw the lost boys coming into camp. Along with Peter and Wendy, who were arm in arm.
I angrily got up and walked to my tent. I heard Peter say, "Felix, what's wrong with Serena?" "Really Peter? You should know! Ever since Wendy got here, you and the lost boys have completely ignored her! You should consider yourself lucky that a beautiful and caring girl like Serena loves her! As far as I'm concerned, you don't deserve her, Peter! None of you do!"
I.looked out of my tent and saw that Peter was looking at Wendy with a smile on his face.

I angrily shut my tent and made up my mind. "I'm leaving Neverland."
