When I woke up that morning, I realised that I felt extremely well rested. I looked to my phone to check the time.

Tuesday 06/06/11

9:45am

Shit. I'M LATE FOR SCHOOL! I quickly jump out of bed and run into the shower. Once that's done, I get in the first thing I find, grabbing my leather jacket while heading out the door and without breakfast, I run to school. Once I get there, the place looks deserted. Probably because I'm 2 hours late. Oh well. I check my phone for the time.

9:53am

Almost time for lacrosse. I start heading to the girls locker room when I hear the sound of someone being pushed into lockers, and then a voice I am too familiar with.

"Alright, little man, how about you tell me where you're getting your juice." Jackson said, to whom I'm not sure yet. I follow the sound of his voice and soon find him with Scott pinned against the locker with Jackasses elbow to his throat. I decided not to intervene just yet.

"What?" Scott questions, looking clueless as ever. Almost like a little lost puppy. Wow, the irony in that statement.

"Where. Are. You. Getting. Your. Juice?" Jackson asked again, saying each word slowly and pronouncing them very clearly, as though Scott was stupid. Scott took a second to answer, but when he did I almost laughed out loud.

"My Mum does all the grocery shopping." Oh, Scott, sweet innocent little Scotty.

"Now, listen, McCall - You're gonna tell me exactly what it is and who you're buying it from, because there's no way in hell you're out there kicking ass on the field like that without some sort of chemical boost."

"Oh you mean steroids." Finally, he gets it. "Are you on steroids?" Oh really dude! He is just too pure for this world.

"What the hell is going on with you McCall?" Jackson demanded, more forcefully than before, slamming him back into the lockers. I was about to walk in when Scott said something that stopped me.

"What's going on with me? You really wanna know? Well, so would I! Because I can see, hear and smell things, that I shouldn't be able to see, hear and smell. I'm doing things that should be impossible, I'm sleep walking 3 miles into the middle of the woods and I'm pretty much convinced that I'm totally out of my freaking mind!" He said this all in one breath and then let out a big huff at the end. He had to go through that because I was too chicken to try and help him, to tell him the truth.

"You think you're funny - Don't you, McCall? I know you're hiding something. I'm gonna find out what it is. I don't care how long it takes." Jackson said, moving closer to Scott with every word.

"Alright, Jackass leave him alone." I said, finally revealing myself. He turned around, shock covered his face. Then he left. "You okay?" I asked Scott, walking up to him, fixing up his uniform.

"Yeah. Thanks." He said, looking relieved.

"Don't mention it. Come on let's get to practise." I mumbled, grabbing his wrist and pulling him with me, I need to find Stiles, so I could tell them what I am. More importantly, what Scott is about to become. But I'm not sure that at school would be the best time...

"Hey Scott, Alex, wait up!" I hear Stiles from behind us say. I stop but Scott keep going.

"Stiles, we're playing the first elimination, man - Can it wait?" He said, grabbing my wrist and dragging me along with him to the field.
