Scott were at the grocery store, because Ms. McCall asked him to do the shopping. He then proceeded to ask me to come along, so he wouldn't get lonely. He couldn't ask Stiles because Stiles blames him for letting Mr. Stilinski get hurt the other night at the school, after the parent/teacher conferences. Apparently, Stiles also blames me, for not being there... Shit. So, here I was carrying three bags of groceries, walking through the car park. Like we have been for the past 35 minutes. Scott will refuse to admit it, but we were lost. The floor we were on now read '3'.

"We're so totally and completely lo-"

"No, we aren't lost!" Scott interrupted me, I just looked at him with a raised eyebrow and pursed lips. "I just got the floor number wrong."

"Sure, sure. Whatever helps you sleep at night." He just scowled at me and brought his keys out again, he clicked the button and we used our enhanced hearing to hear where the beep from the car was coming from. Three floors up, at the very end of the level. Not that I was going to tell him that, not until he admitted that we were lost. Our stubbornness really made everything worse... I think he realized how far away we were from his car and sighed looking at me and seeing that I had a very smug look and a smirk of victory plastered onto my face.

"Don't say anything." I laughed at his defeated but yet stern expression, but still kept my thoughts to myself. I win. We started walking along the level, towards the ramp when Scott dropped one of the milk bottles he was carrying. "Crap." He sighed and walked over to the car that the bottle rolled under, so he could pick it up. He bent down and hesitated at the car.

"Scott?" I called. "What wrong?" He merely stood up and showed the bottle to me. It had claw marks on it. Five to be exact. I didn't know what was going on, but I felt my heart skip a beat, think that the Alpha had found us. Or, more importantly, Scott. I looked up into the window of the red car in front of us. I saw a shadowed, hunched figure. The Alpha. "Scott?" I whispered to him in alarm. He looked at me, his eyes wide, fear gripping his very soul. "Run." That was all it took, that one word and we were off. We both dropped the groceries and bolted. Scott was slightly behind me, due to me being much faster than him, so I slowed down to allow him to get in front. If this was the Alpha, I knew that I had absolutely no chance of beating him by myself, but Scott had even less of a chance. He ran around multiple corners and made many twists and turns, trying to lose the werewolf that was chasing us. Almost losing me in the process. We jumped from level to level, obtaining some cuts and bruises along the way, but they will be gone by the morning so I wasn't overly concerned about that. Scott suddenly stopped and grabbed my wrist in a iron tight grip. He yanked me into his body, which was leaning against a silver colored car. He still had a firm grip on my wrist but his other hand was gripping his heart, trying to slow his rapid heart rate. We were both puffed from the amount of sprinting and jumping we just did. Despite our enhanced speed and endurance, we were almost passed out. Just when I thought it was okay, I caught a glimpse of the shadowed figure again, it was still coming straight for us, though a little slower because of us disorienting it with all the twist and turns we made. I jumped up and this time I grabbed Scott's wrist and pulled him along, he followed without complaint. I saw a bunch of cars and ran over to them, I jumped on top of the hoods and Scott followed suit, causing the alarms to be triggered. The Alpha would hear nothing but that if he was trying to listen to our footsteps or heart beats. I then flung Scott and myself behind another car, this one orange and we sat there, puffing and nervous, the car alarms that I triggered still blaring in the distance. Just when I thought we had beaten the beast, Scott's phone started to ring. Low and behold, it was Allison. He tried desperately to turn it off, but failed so I ripped it from his hand and threw it into a wall. I knew that we had to move again, because the Alpha would have heard that. Unless he was deaf, and even then it was a possibility. Scott and I ran out from behind the car and I got about fifteen feet before I was grabbed by the waist and sent flying into one of the car park walls. I banged my head and was almost rendered unconscious, but I kept thinking about Scott, and how he was still out there, with the Alpha and he would most likely be killed. I couldn't let that happen. I got up and saw something that I certainly didn't expect to see. Derek was on top of Scott, both of whom were on top of a sleek looking black car. Derek's elbow on Scott's throat, not pressing to hard though.
