Chapter 5

It was halfway through the school year. Jacob now had feelings for Allison. Ash still didnt know how she felt about Jack. But, Jacob and Jack were best friends. Skyler still didnt know Brandon was cheating on her. It was after school and they were all at the cafe.

Ash: So Jacob, when are you telling Allison?
Jacob: When are you telling Jack?
Ash: Ill leave you alone.
Jacob: Good idea.
Brandon: Hey, ill be right back. I need to use the bathroom.

Brandon walked to the restroom and left his phone on the table. But then his phone rang. Skyler picked it up and saw it said "My love" with heart emojis. She then answered the phone.

???: Hey Babe, I was wondering if you wanted to come over and have fun later. My parents arent home
Skyler: Whos this?
???: Its Jessie, your Girlfriend remember?
Skyler: But im his girlfriend
Jessie: *laugh* Britt is this you? What are you doing with Brandon's phone?
Skyler: * hangs up* ....im leaving
Jacob: What happened
Skyler: *cries* You knew didnt you
Jacob: Knew what
Skyler: That Brandon was cheating on me...
Jacob: Its not my fault. I didn't want to get involved
Ash: Same here
Skyler: ....
Brandon: Hey im back....what happened?
Skyler: ....dont act stupid...im breaking up with you
Brandon: What? No babe wait
Skyler: Dont call me that.. *leaves*
Brandon: This....is.....ALL YOUR FAULT JACOB
Jacob: Me?!
Ash: Uhh calm down. You're gonna get us kicked out.
Brandon: *punches her* DONT GET INVOLVED
Ash: *falls back*
Jack: HEY DONT HIT A GIRL. *picks her up*
Ash: Thanks. We need to get them out before we get kicked out.
Jack: Ok. But are you alright?
Ash: Yeah im fine.
Jacob: Brandon why dont we go outside.
Brandon: WHY? DONT WANNA MAKE A SCENE?!
Jacob: You're gonna get us kicked out
Ash: Make him chase you.
Jacob: *nods* Fine, I did tell her. What are you gonna do? *puts on snake eye mask*
Brandon: TRYING TO LOOK COOL IN FRONT OF ALLISON?!
Jacob: *laugh* You're funny. Sure I am. Whatever you say.
Brandon: THIS ISNT FUNNY! IM GONNA BEAT YOU!
Jacob: Catch me if you can

Jacob ran out the door and Brandon chased after him. Jacob was a whole lot faster than Brandon. They ran the soccer field. The rest followed.

Brandon: NOWHERE TO RUN?!
Jacob: You need to stop screaming.
Ash: Guys calm down. Brandon you knew Skyler was gonna find out sooner or later.
Brandon: *grabs him by the neck*
Allison: JACOB *runs*
Jack: *grabs her* Stop. You're gonna get yourself hurt.
Ash: They fight more rough than when its with me.
Brandon: *squeezes his neck* YOU'RE GONNA DIE TODAY
Jacob: *cough*
Jack: *runs and punches Brandon*
Brandon: * drops Jacob and falls back* WHY ARE YOU GETTING IN MY BUSINESS
Jacob: *coughs and gasps for air* Jack stop. You're gonna get hurt. If you keep going Ash is gonna try to help you. She might get hurt.
Jack: But you're also important to Allison
Jacob: Get them out of here. Stay at my house with Ash and Allison. If i dont come back, check up on me
Jack: But-
Jacob: GO
Jack: *nods* Let's go *grabs them and runs*
Allison: STOP. JACOB
Jack: He'll be ok
Jacob: Now, since nobody is here. Let's do this.

Jacob still didnt fight well. He only got a few punches on Brandon. He wasn't even bleeding. Brandon get punching and kicking him. Jacob was coughing up so much blood. He kept thinking "this is for skyler". Brandon punched Jacob really hard. Jacob fell to the ground. He couldnt move

Jacob: ( am I going to keep losing like this? Balto was right. Im just a weak pup)
Brandon: GIVE UP ALREADY?! IM NOT EVEN TIRED.
Jacob: ....
Brandon: Good. Stay down you mutt. *walks away*
Jacob: ( I cant believe this. Ive never felt like this before. Ive never been this hurt before. I cant move. How can I protect Ash, Allison, and Skyler if I cant even protect myself.) *tears up* ( I guess I am meant to be an Omega. Im just a stupid mutt. Though Brandon fought unfair. He kept throwing sharp objects)
Allison: JACOB. CAN YOU HEAR ME
Jack: Well you're screaming.
Ash: Hes hurt badly. We need to get him home.
Allison: You're gonna be alright Jacob!
Ash: He pale. Must have lost a lot of blood.
Allison: Take him to the hospital!
Ash: Cant do that. But he has a special private doctor. Ill call her. *dials number*
Jacob: *closes eyes*
Allison: No dont do that, you're scarring me!

All he saw was darkness. He could only hear faint things about what they were saying. Then things got silent. He opened his eyes and everything was bright. Pretty trees and flowers everywhere. He heard children laughing and balls bouncing. He didnt feel hurt. He heard familiar voices. He looked behind him.

???: Hey little bro
Jacob: Zack?! *hugs him*
Zack: What happened? Why are you here?
Jacob: Is this heaven?
Zack: Yes but its too early for you. You have to go back.
Jacob: But i wanna stay with you
Zack: Let me guess, Brandon did this?
Jacob: Yes
Zack: Follow me Jacob. You need to see why you should go back.

They went down. It kind of felt like an elevator. He saw his body on the soccer field. He then saw Allison crying, and so was Ash. His doctor was there doing the best she could. While Jack was holding Ash and Allison.

Zack: Wanna hear what they're saying?
Jacob: *nods*
Allison: Please be ok Jacob
Ash: This cant be happening.
Jack: Its ok guys. He's gonna be fine
Doctor: Ill do everything I can
Allison: Please save him.
Jacob:...Im right here.
Zack: You got people that love you little bro. You have a chance to go back
Jacob:...
Zack: All you have to do is go through that tunnel.
Jacob: *hugs him* Im gonna miss you
Zack: So am I

He walked through the tunnel

Zack: I feel bad for him. He'll be back. Just like god said. Danger awaits him.

Jacob felt so much pain. He heard crying. He was back. He opened his eyes.

Doctor: Oh thank goodness. Your dad would have killed me.
Allison: JACOB *hugs him*
Jacob: *blushes* Hey watch it. Everything hurts
Ash: *hugs him* Thank god you're ok.
Jack: Good to have you back.
Doctor: Take him to his house. He needs rest
Ash: Ok, thank you
Doctor: Its my job. Ill check up on him later
