Tammy Smith is probably the nicest, most caring, accepting werewolf in her pack. Everyone loves her, it's kind of impossible not too. That is till one day their rival pack attacked, losing her mom and her dad taken to the cells, she can't find her best friend and everything is a complete mess.
There was one good thing that came out of it, she found her mate.
Completely and utterly happy she was crushed with 10 words.
Quickly moving on from the rejection she walks around his pack grounds earning everyones trust and love.
Unhappy with her acceptance of the rejection he plans to crush her, his own mate.

This is a basic werewolf rejection story with a twist. Tammy is nice, selfless, kind, caring, lovable... anything you want. Just make sure the reader loves her.
Then comes her mate, cold and heartless. You can choose wether or not to make her mate an Alpha. He rejects her. My favorite reason for it is that he needs to keep his reputation. It's basically the opposite of Tammy. He's Selfish. Just make sure to many the readers hate him. Make him cheat, make him bully her, abuse her, things like that.
But remember, if you make the readers hate him, it'll take a lot to make the readers ship them.
