A year after they had met for the first time, Max asked EJ out to lunch and possibly a walk through Washington Square Park. She agreed and told him to pick her up at 11.
So he did. The two went out to a small restaurant by their apartment building, Bleecker Street Pizza. The food there was good and the restaurant was close to the park. As they walked through, EJ grabbed Max's hand. He blushed slightly but smiled.
Without a doubt, he was head over heels in love with her. And little did her know, she felt the same. A few minutes later, EJ sat down on a bench and !ax plopped down beside her.
"Max, can I tell you something?" She asked.
"Yeah, you can tell me anything." He said.
"I like you as more than a friend." She said and Max felt his heart skip a beat.
"Me too." He blushed slightly.
"Can I kiss you?" She asked.
Max leaned in and kissed her, they held the kiss for a little. Only releasing after the two had run out of air.
"That was. Wow." Max softly chuckled.
"Yeah. That was. Let's do this again." EJ smiled.
"Yeah. We should." He said.
