Special Memories (Akashi x Kuroko)

Chapter 2

Akashi-kun was immediately rushed into the hospital. I held his hands from the ambulance until we reached the hospital. When He was admitted in the operating room I patiently waited and praying he'll be just fine.But hours and hours had passed still no sign of the operation finishing and also hours had passed still no family relatives went to check on him. I emailed them but why aren't they coming?

Until another many hours past the light finally turned off and came out the doctor.

"I need to talk to the family of Akashi-san." said the doctor.

But since there's noone in his family came I stood up and lied that I'm his younger brother.

So the doctor explained everything to me.

"The operation is a success. But there's no guarantee when he'll wake up since there's a lot of blood lost. And also he has a minor concussion, it maybe minor but if we don't prevent it, it may cause a serious damage in the brain. After he woke up I want you to bring him here again for a check up to fully prevent the concussion getting serious."

That's more than enough for me.

Just to know Akashi-kun will be safe is already fine to me.

"So, he'll be alright, right doc? He.. He won't die right?"

The doctor smiled. "Yes, he's gonna be alright now."

Hearing the good news my feet gave way and I suddenly fell in the ground and started crying.

"Thank goodness."

"Are you alright boy?" The doctor asked.

"I... I am now. Akashi-kun is safe. Thank god!" I said smiling but still crying.

A little while

Akashi-kun was transffered in the intensive care unit, I tried contacting his family again but up until now noone ever came to see him. So I decided to stay by his side until then.

An hour passed someone knocked on the door. Could it be?

I stood upand open it but the one standing there is just Momoi-san and Aomine-kun.

"Good evening, Tetsu-kun."

"Yo, Tetsu, How's Akashi?"

"He's doing fine now. So why don't you come inside?"

Momoi-san went inside but Aomine-kun went out saying Kise-kun also came to visit but don't know where the hospital is.

I offered her a sit.

" After recieving your text we tried our best to immediately come here." she said.

"Thank you." I said while arranging the gifts they bought.

"So how did this happen?" she asked.

"Well it's all my fault. I made him mad."

I said trying to hold back my tears but I can feel my voice trembling.

"Tetsu-kun?"

"If I just let him hold my hands even if it hurts a lot this wouldn't happen. I wish I didn't let go of him." I said can't hold my tears back.

"Momoi-san, If I hadn't shove away his hand we would still be together now eating ice cream!" I said as I cover my face with my hands.

My chest hurts so much and it feels so tight.

Then I felt someone rub my back.

"Don't blame yourself, Tetsu-kun." I looked at her.

"Momoi-san." she smiled.
