Miyuki's death?

Ichigo POV:

It doesn't hurt anymore. Am I dead? Wait....where's Miyu? Is she alright? I don't understand my body was so cold... but now I feel warmth.
I opened my eyes only to see a big guy on top of me. I yelled and tried pushing him away....
"Boss Ichigo is up!"
"Wait a minute you are with the hat-guy! Why are you under fucking covers with me....get offf!"
I said kicking him away but soon after that I felt a lot of pain. I can barely move but hey I am not dead. Why am I not dead? And where am I? This isn't my house.....and where is Miyu?
I tried standing up so I could look for her but I failed. Suddently the door opened
"Ichigo you need to relax. If you move around too much you'll die"
"So mister-hat I take it that this is your house...where is my sister and what happend?
Are you the one who save me?Wait and what about Uryu is he alive?"

"Now now, slow down.....Yes, this is my house. Your sister is in the room next door. She hasn't woken up yet....you see she's in a worse condition than you.
Beside being in a bad state she used her last strenght to heal ur wound and stop the bleeding so am not really the one who saved you.....we did our best and stabilzed her.....but it's all up to her if she'll wake up or not.......as for Uryu.... after I treated his wounds he went home. He wasn't injured too bad although he lost a big amount of blood....when he left he was worried about you two."
"Uryu? Worried?"
"He also said that the only one who can save Rukia is you."
"I have to see my sister!"
"Sure....follow me... "
"I hope you didn't do the same thing to her as that guy with me or even though you saved us you're dead meat!"

"Don't worry ....I believe she's going to be fine.....for now just unconscious.....and in a battle..."

I stood by her side the whole day ....waiting for her to wake up...she looked so peaceful...too peaceful Miyu please wake up....

TWO DAYS LATER:

I guess I fell asleep again.....
"Morning ..sunshine...please wake up!I know that you're strong, I know you will be okay, you have to! Please don't leave me alone....you're my twin...my everything...please!"
To my surprise she started moving and opened her eyes.

"Where...where am I?"
"MIYU! It's okay don't worry you are safe!" she looked at me confused and I hugged her
"Auchi it hurts." we said at the same time

"Ichi- nii you are fine!! I am soo glad to see you. "
"You idiot! What were you thinking when you used up your last strenght to heal me? What if you if..." but I couldn't end my sentence
"If my life is what it takes to save yours then idc and if that is your way of thanking me you're welcome. You're my twin and I love you so much. I would do anything to protect you ..."
"I love you too baka! I am so bloody glad that you finally woke up.I knew you will....please never scare me like this again."

She broke the hug and looked at me confused ...while holding her stomach.
"For how long was I out? "
"If u count that night as well ...4 days."
"I see...what about Uryu is he alright?"
"Yes, he's fine. "
"Ichi-nii we have to go and save Rukia. "
"What the hell can we do? Don't you understand, Miyu? Rukia has got back to the soul society! We can't go after her and save her? It can't be done."
I said clinging my fists and grething my teeth ...
"Now now Ichi-nii" she said putting her head on my arm and showing me a smile...

"There is a way into the soul society" said the hat man appearing out of the blue.
