Chapter 2 The Rogue's Bandits

Bandit was a job for a legal criminal, usually the bandit was once someone important or someone who did a bad crime and was released from kingdom jail. Being bandits were about the illegal things they did but in some cases stealing from some adventures and killing some of the politicians were indeed needed by the whole kingdom to establish their political interest and peaceful in the kingdom.

    Edward and Sarah for example both of them were once soldiers who were caught up on a political affair, so both of them got fired and banned from being soldiers. Because of their economical problems, they were forced to enter a rogue guild. The main problem was they were the beginner at the rogue guild and barely qualified for the requirement for entering the rogue guild.

The rogue guild was a guild that gather people from the street actually. But after time pass it became an official guild and the people who joined it need to have some skills to do their job. For that reason, they were accepting any background of society to fill up their needs in numbers. All the beginners  in this guild started as a Bandit.

    But now both of them were already being bandits for about six months and. They heard  a rumor that there was a kid that was getting money by selling his looting from monsters. At first Edward and Sarah ignored the rumor but then unexpectedly they met Ron who was on his way to sell his loot that day. Seeing that Ron got much money, they decided to follow him. Edward was very persistent and Sarah was dragged to follow him all day because they usually work as a team.

Now the sun rose. Edward did the last shift to watch Ron.

*kreeek*

An old wood window opened slowly. A small hand dropped the boots that were kid's size. Ron came out from his room wearing his shoes while his mouth was chewing bread, he was walking slowly to the rock where he hid his knives and the whetstone. He put them back to his pocket and started to walk slowly and quietly so nobody would hear him.

"RON! WOULD YOU MIND NOT TO LAZE AROUND AND HELP ME ON THE FIELD!"

Ron's father were shouting out loudly and angrily to his son.

Oh snap I gotta go fast now

Ron started to run as fast as he could. He almost fell the start and then he managed to balance his body up and ran so fast. Then suddenly from a window of the house came out a big figure. It was Ron's father. He was a big guy that really looked like a warrior. He was wearing a regular clothes of villager and a bandana on his head.

"WHERE ARE YOU GOING SON! YOU'D GET BETTER BACK THIS EVENING OR NO MORE FOOD FOR YOU. YOU LAZY BOY!"

Once more Ron's father were shouting so loud that Sarah was awake from her sleep.

"Okay Sarah it seems that you are widely awake because of it"

"Hell yeah who the hell wouldn't after that"

"Then let's start jumping Sarah"

Last night both of them slept and watched from a branch of a forest tree that was not far from Ron's house. Since they were both bandits they had good sights. A skill they got from rogue guild training. Also they got skill like killing people, jumping from tree to tree which were quite useful for following people and sneaking without being recognized.

Edward and Sarah were now following Ron to the forest, it was really deep and both of them started to feel unsafe. For keeping save they decided to follow Ron on the ground. Ron was now hiding to watch the adventurers camp. It was quite a while to watch Ron watching the adventurers.

"Oh my god are you trying to say that he was planning to snatch out some loot of that adventurers?"

"Well who knows Sarah let's just watch and see what he would do! And keep your voice down!"

"I will I will!!!"

Sarah and Edward were about 100 meters behind Ron and they kept their distance so that both the adventurers and Ron would not notice them at all. Now the adventurers started their journey to enter the dungeon, and Ron followed them with Edward and Sarah followed right behind him.

The dungeon were usually so dark, but this dungeon looked like it had been explored before and it seemed like the adventurers had  already cleared some of the chambers and areas. Edward and Sarah kept on following Ron without hesitation. At first it seemed that Ron was following the adventurers, but after a while Ron started to separate himself from the adventurers.

"Why did he separate himself  from the adventures?"

"How do I know? I thought he was one of the leecher ! Now this makes me more curious!"

So the three of them were now separated from the adventurers.

*Crust* a sudden sound was made by Sarah.

Ron heard it and started to run as fast as he could.

"Oh SNAP!?"

"Chase him!!!"
