Makseun P.o.V
The Dispatch interview was simple, the photo shoot was fun. The BBC stuff was fun, the vogue stuff made me feel confident. The MV shoot was tiresome. I've had virtually no rest these past few weeks, and I'm so tired. I've been exercising excessively and eating less than normal, trying to lose the weight my manager and stylist wanted me to lose.
I've been successful in that so far. I've gained muscle from all the working out but the fat is shedding away. I look slimmer every day and the chub in my cheeks is barely noticeable anymore. I like it. Liu is getting worried about me though, she's worried that I'm losing too much in an unhealthy way but I'm fine. I'm eating. I was eating healthy before and it just wasn't helping me. It kept me at a constant I didn't lose anything that way. So I've cut back on carbs even more and especially cut down on fats.
I'm eating one meal a day and a snack or two. The boys are questioning my dieting method to varying degrees. Namjoon and Seokjin are a bit worried, and they keep trying to get me to eat more or cut back on the exercise. I say I'll try to take care of myself better but in all honesty I think dieting like this is taking care of myself in the best way I can.
Jungkook and Jimin aren't questioning it, Jimin knows what it's like to be pressured to lose all this weight, but he isn't encouraging me. He's just telling me I look great all the time and that I'm looking really slim and stuff like that. Jungkook is just oblivious.
Taehyung and Hoseok are worried but they're just kind of letting me do my own thing. But Yoongi...
Yoongi doesn't like it. He thinks it's bad for me. He's worried I'll get ill or something, but I know I'll be fine.
"Makseun, are you sure you're okay?" Yoongi asks for the millionth time, watching me with worried eyes as I skip out on another meal. "Are you sure you don't want anything to eat?"
I nod my head with a smile, ignoring my cramping stomach. "Yeah, I'm not hungry." I say, spreading myself across the sofa leisurely.
He frowns, biting his lip as he and the others begin eating, watching me warily. "Makseun, please come and-"
"I'm not hungry, hyung." I say firmly.
Seokjin sighs quietly. "No, I agree with Yoongs. You should come and eat, Seunnie." He says softly, making me roll my eyes and shake my head.
"I'm just gonna go play Overwatch." I say in annoyance, standing up and shove my phone into my pocket as I make my way to the door and into the hallway. I don't bother putting any shoes on, simply shuffling down the corridor towards my work studio. I open the door and slip on the slippers I leave in here, closing the door behind me and dropping the blinds. I plop down into my chair, arms stretching above my head as a strange, inhuman noise escapes my lips.
Swivelling in my chair, I knock the power button with my knee and the computer begins starting up, a quiet hum filling the silence of the room. I quickly enter the pin for my computer and am thrown onto the home screen, Overwatch and Discord starting up straight away.
"Summer games event, lets gooo~" I murmur excitedly, logging into the US servers and quickly flicking through the new sprays, skins and emotes, chuckling at Ana's adorable new skin and cooing at Orisa's new highlight intro. I check the arcade, groaning aloud when I see the cursed game called Luciò Ball is back. "Bullshit. Why not bring in the Junker Gladiator thing?"
After a few minutes of struggling to find a USB port to plug in my headphones, I eventually get into a game and am delighted to be greeted with the usual group of people all unwilling to change and all determined to play damage. No healer. No tank. Why do I even bother with QP..? I think to myself, cursing under my breath. If they won't switch, I'm not going support either.
