I wrapped my arm around Alex, pulling him closer. His anxiety was getting the best of him today. We were at a mall in some small town We'd never been to, so we could walk around freely and not get noticed.
Maybe a half an hour ago, he had begged me to kiss him, and so i did as he wanted. But a few people seen and started making fun of us. It resulted in Lex running off crying and me ruining after him but losing him in the crowd. I found him a few minutes ago, crying in the corner of the bathroom.
"I can't do this Jack... I just can't..." He cried, pulling away from me when I reached for him. By the time i got him calm enough to think properly I was in tears. But I wasn't about to let him go that easily.
"We'll get through these things together. I'll be damned of i lose you because of some kids. Not happening." I smiled weakly and kissed him hard, pulling him close to me.
"I love you, Alex.. No matter what anyone says." I whispered, pulling him to his feet.
"Now lets go.. There's a music store around here somewhere.. I wanna go look.." I waited until he fixed his hair to his liking and then we walked out.
Now we were wandering through the mall, hand in hand, searching for music.
"I was told we'd find you idiots here!" A voice I hadn't heard in a while came from behind me. We turned around and sure enough, there was Austin, Alan in tow as always. I smiled and hugged him tightly. After hellos and hugs were done, Austin looked at me seriously.
"There's a party at our place tonight... You guys in?"
