The four if us entered the laser tag building. That's right laser tag! We sat through the long stupid video tutorial then headed to the lobby to put on our vests. It was going to be two hours long and in arena that was the size of a football field.
"Ok Asher, Jess, Justin and I will be on one team you guys will be on the other." I said pulling out my gun
"hell no! When you guys are together you are to freaking awesome." said Adam crossing his arms.
"But you guys are team crafted. Can't you beat four kids at some silly laser tag?" Jess said putting her hands on her hips.
"Yeah but you guys are kids who Dodge Nerf bullets matrix style then take a lift on a jet ski to escape." Ty argued
"We're just that awesome!" Justin said putting his gun in the holster attached to his vest.
"Fine!" Said Asher "Jess and Alex go with Mitch and Jerome. Justin and I will go with Adam and Ty.
A Countdown started and a lady scanned our vests to put us on a team. A door opened and we moved into the arena. I immediately Looked up to see a jungle gym or play ground like arena. There was plenty of stuff to climb on. My dream come true! Our team headed to the far back, where our base was. I started to hear the count down again. Five Four Three two one... Let's do this!
All I could see was every body scramble. I grabbed Jess by the shirt and pulled her over to a rope ladder.
"AW SWEET! Are we gonna be the snipers!" she said climbing up it.
"Hell yeah!" i said following her.
When we got to the top we quietly crawled through a small tunnel. I think we mentaly argeed to just shut up so they wouldn't hear us. We crawled into a room with holes in the floor.
"Jess this is perfect! We can aim through the holes and if the get suspicious just pick up your feet and hide in the tunnel." i whispered.
She nodded. We both layed down on the ground to look through the holes.They were about as big as a quarter. I aimed my gun through one of the holes. Suddenly Ty and Justin walked right under us. I aimed for Ty and Jess went for Justin. slowly i pushed against the triggered. Then i saw Asher out of the corner of my eye. Asher was pointing gun right at me.
"You weren't gonna camp were you? Campers suck." Asher said aimig directly at my vest.
I Jumped up. He tried to shoot but missed so i quick scoped him. We ran away as fast as we could and ended up in a crows nest.
"Too bad we couldn't get some shots off of Ty and Justin." i said pressing the button to reload my gun.
"Oh no...I got them in the chest!" laughed Jess also reloading.
"We should probably head down. If someone comes up here we have no way out." I said climbing down a ladder that lead to the crows nest.
We decided to split up. I head to a catwalk overlooking the main path downstair. Then i saw Adam. I pointed and got ready to shoot and then.....what the hell....is he...dancing.?!
"WHAT THE FUCK ADAM!YOU SUPPOSED TO BE LOADING AND LOCKING NOT POPPING AND LOCKING!" I screamed frustrated that i couldn't get a shot.
"HEY! ITS WORKS DOESN'T IT!" he yelled continuing to dance.
"Not on me!" I heard Mitch yell.
I couldn't see him but i saw Adams vest glow red and thats all i needed. I turned around to come face-to-face with Asher.
"Theres my little camper!" he said placing the gun on my vest ready to shoot.
I pushed him then took a shot.
"You know...Theres a problem with you." i smirked
"What?!" he said looking up concerned.
"Your too slow." I laughed walking away.
But right as i turned i saw every body standing there.
My team all with red vests waiting to come back and the rest of the other team aiming right at me.
"We'll give you a five second head start." Justin said aiming at me.
"I'll take what i can get!" i muttered backin up.
I turned around and started running down a straight path. The safty video said no running but seriously! Does anyone ever listen to that rule! I heard shouting behind me. I'm guessing they were already after me. I started running in a zigzag so they couldn't get a shot. Then...shit. just a dead end leading to a fall in a pit of foam. I turned around. They were already standing right behind me.
"Well it looks like we are gonna win the bet. If we can shoot you once then we get the tv all week." Justin said aiming.
Well i guess i only have one choice.
"Jokes on you guys. I've always wanted to do this." I said crossing my arms over my chest.
They looked at me confused and unaware of the foam pit. I slowly closed my eyes and simply fell backwards. I opened my eyes to to see i was laying in a pit of foam staring up at a 30 foot drop. Why am i crazy?
"Did she just!" i heard Mitch yell.
Which was followed by three regen noises and a bunch of shooting. My team was back! I climbed out of the pit, which took me awhile. Seriously have you ever tried to move around in one of those things! I saw the clock on a wall. Thirty minutes left. Wow! Time flys when your being chased down! I stepped on to a spiral staircase. It went up then out into the second story. But there was more to the stair case. I continued to climb until i reached a balcony. Perfect! It was up in the shadows and no one would ever think of.....
"Hey! Whatcha doing up here?" Asher said walking up
"How the hell do you find me every time?" I said putting my arms on the railing.
"I thought i was slow?" he asked leaning on the rail next to me.
"Shut up!" i laughed "So why won't you just shoot me so the guys get the tv all week?" i asked leaning against his shoulder.
"I like Sky and Lox but i like you more." he said.
REALLY! Oh my god how am i supposed to reply. AM I BLUSHING! What do i do!? Then to my rescue the buzzer rang. We both walked down the stairs then to the entrance together not saying a word. Every body was already there.
"WHO WON! shouted jess jumping up and down.
"Ariel's team." said the lady who was absolutly bored with us.
"WHOOOOOO!" We all yelled high fiving each other. We walked out into the building and then...oh god...the fangirls.
OH MY GOD ITS MITCH! AHHHH FLUFFY! I SHIP SKYLOX AND MEROME! CAN I HAVE AN AUTOGRAPH! NO I ASKED THEM FOR A SELFIE FIRST!
