Youreplaced the bookmark into your (current read) book. You had alreadyhanded Ludwig a towel and a water bottle. The German was just as intophysical fitness and exercise as the anime said he was. At least yougot some of your reading done in some nice outside weather. When hefinished his laps around the park he came back to you and you handedhim a water bottle and a hand towel. The towel was to wipe away hissweat, even though he hadn't sweat much. You knew if you attempted torun that you'd be drowning in your own sweat.

Yousometimes wondered that if such a health and fitness consciousindividual would be disgusted with your fat. Your extra plush as yourone friend used to call it, (he/she) was such a sweet person yousometimes wondered if they didn't move to another town on the otherside of the (state/country) if you'd not be so down all the time andhate your body. At least sometimes you could pull it off to look morebuff then 'extra plush' as (friend's name) would call it. Stillthough even on those days that you thought that you looked good likethat you still felt self conscious.

Youhad no reason to of course, you were handsome and Ludwig could seeit. You were thicker then him or his brother and his friends but hefound it exotic. You looked so huggable, you reminded him of a teddybear his older brother had made him as a chibi. Not just that youwere a bit fluffy but you were familiar, comforting, and kind the wayhe always thought of the personality of his dear bear. Plus your(curly/wavy/straight) hair looked so soft and he always wanted to petthe soft looking (hair color) locks. Plus it fell just right bringingout your (sparkling/smoldering) (eye color) orbs set in your (skintone) soft rounded face like the finest jewels. Of course that washis more domestic side thinking that which he'd never give voice to.

Asyou two headed home, Ludwig good naturelly asking to see the book andwhat you thought of it. He knew that you had a philosopher's mind andwas interested in what you thought of it in comparison to other booksas you were quiet the avid reader.

Asyou two were walking you started to pass a group of girls. While theguys were worst since they would actually put their hands on you butthe girls were just annoying. Especially the worst girl was in themiddle of the three girls. She had once tried to hit on you, you hadbeen suspicious since she never talked to you. Either way you weren'tinterested in her for obvious reasons; it'd be the same why acompletely heterosexual guy wouldn't be interested in a guy. Howeverthat insulted her and put you on her shit list. She often madecomments to others that you must be gay, if she had ever said it toyou then you'd have told her yes you were. You didn't care if anyoneknew, it wasn't like you were horny for every guy you see, and allthe guys at your school were either assholes or you didn't know themwell enough to want to be with them.

Howeveras you walked by, you were honestly hoping you'd ignore her and hertwo mindless followers who might call themselves her friends, and youhoped they'd ignore you till Monday. If they asked you'd say thatLudwig was a family friend. However like normally that girl justcouldn't.

"Well, well, hello~" she cooed batting her eyes like she had somethingstuck in them and then trying to give a sultry look which made herlook stupid with a half open eyes like she was doped up on drugs.Just because you were only into guys didn't mean you couldn't see thebeauty some girls could offer, even if it wasn't a sexual beauty toyou. But you always thought a natural sexiness was better then a'trying to be' kind.

"Ahgutan tag. (good day.)" Ludwig introduced looking at you worried ashe could see the way you were so tense up so much. He didn't evennotice that the girls were swooning from his (German/Berlin/southwest) accent. "Name?" He asked putting his hand on your shouldercomfortingly causing the girls to glare at you.

"OhI'm sure he's okay." She giggled as the other two nodded andgiggled. "You may want to be careful, he's totally has to be gayhe had a chance with me!"She still had obvious sour grapes and anger that you had the nerve toturn her down. You didn't even turn her down harshly, you should haveconsidering you found out later that she was trying to do a prank onyou and get your hopes up and it was horrible and you should haverejected her harshly. But you had treated her gently and let her downas gently as possible. "Plus lets be honest, he's disgustingly fa-"

"Don't you dare finish that sentence." Ludwiginterrupted her pulling his arm away from one of her minions who wereleaning against him and pushed the other one out of the way puttinghis hand on your shoulder on the opposite side of him so his arm wasaround your shoulders. "Come on Name, suddenly the park doesn'tseem as nice." He grunted walking away and the girls all watchedwith their mouths hanging open like dead fish.

"I can't believe them. They have no reason to say thatabout you. You look handsome." He growled out between cussing themout in German. Sure you knew words like arsloch (asshole) and suchbut still the things he was saying were...creative. And sadistic.

You could feel your cheeks heat up some. You didn'thonestly think so but you appreciated him saying it. He was a verygenuine person, so you knew he thought of you as a good friend andperson. Even if he would never look at you as more then a friend butthis was enough.

Fun fact, in Americateddy bears are named after Ted Roosevelt but they had been made inGermany in one form or another long before the 1900s, they startedcalling it that because of the popularity of the term in America.Makes sense since the national animal of Germany is the bear, I'm notsure if that's why but that's what I think. And I know that this endsa little bitter sweet but trust me, this isn't the end of the story. Also I am a girl writing this and for some reason I think that thischapter I didn't do so well with Reader-kun.
