Chapter 6

A New Beginning

Naruto's POV

"Naruto," Mom shouted. "It's time to leave!"

I looked around the barren room I called mine one last time before I walked out and into what was the kitchen. I looked at the empty walls and could remember everything that use to be there like nothing had changed. I heaved a sigh as I adjusted my backpack and made my way done the stairs. I made it to the kitchen and saw Mom and Dad looking around at the place e had called home. We had lived here ever since I was born and there were so many memories that it hurt to even think about leaving.

'Damn promotion,' I bitterly thought as I stood next to my parents and looked around. 'Having to move from our house.'

I stood there silently as I took the reality that we were actually moving to Kohona. I felt a hand on my shoulder and saw Mom looking at me with a sympathetic look. I nodded my head telling her I was okay and ready to go. She nodded in response and looked at Dad, who then gave a simply nod before heading to the front door. He held the door open as Mom and I walked out he then closed and locked it before telling us to get in the car.

"Honey," Mom said. "I know this must be hard for you but just think of the new opportunities that lie ahead if you with going to Kohona."

I just grunted in response and looked out the window. I didn't care about "new opportunities," I just cared about bring with my friends and having fun.

Hinata's POV

I walked back to my class after receiving my new schedule for the second semester. As I walked, I calculated the amount of time it would take me to get to my classes. I also thought of the best and least crowded way get to my classes. It was pretty easy seeing as I had memorized the school's layout and had an amazing memory of important things. I sighed as I walked through the halls that held a few students.

'If only Father knew,' I thought. 'Then I would probably be able to run the business. Oh well. Hanabi will do a much better job then I ever could, I just hope it's not to much stress for her.'

I quickly walked through the halls and reached my new class with Kakashi-sensei. I took a deep breath before I opened the door and walked in. I stopped where I was when I saw that Kakashi-sensei was talking to a boy with messy, spiky blonde hair. I realized I had two different options. One was to go back put in the hall and wait to come in while the crowds would get packed. Two was to locate the most isolated seat, sit in it, and wait for class to start. I decided to go with the second option and walked to the desk in the farthest corner of the classroom, which was next to the window wall.

I looked out the closest window and saw that it was break. 'No wonder why the halls weren't crowded,' I thought. I soon started to day dream about having more confidence and not having social anxiety. I smiled softly as I felt my heartbeat quicken for a good reason. I felt happy whenever I daydreamed this but the reality of actually doing this always scared me.

"Ms. Hyuuga," a male voice said. I looked to the owner and saw it was the boy with the messy, spiky blonde hair. I studied his face and quite frankly, he was handsome.

He had ocean blue eyes that would shame the sea with how magnificent they were. On his cheeks, there were three whisker like stripes on each one, giving off the impression that he was part cat or something. He wore his uniform differently than the other male students. His white shirt looked like it had been out on in a hurry and had two buttons undone from the base of the collar down. His tie was loose around his neck and hung around where his shirt was buttoned. His shirt wasn't tucked in and hung over his navy blue pants that sagged down slightly. He wore black converse instead if the required black loafers everyone wore.
