CHAPTER - 10 - One Glance

Phoenix is rich and she is on the top but she likes to do her stuff by her own in the evening she went for shopping she was walking through the snacks section "where is peanut butter", she Murmured to herself. Suddenly she saw something familiar oh" I finally found it" she said in relief. It was kept on the top shelf she tried to reach it but was not able to do so she jumped a bit and some can fell from the shelf she pick them up and kept it up on the shelf but she missed one when she jumped again she stepped on it and lost the balance. She close your eyes but when she felt that her landing was pretty soft she open her eyes and saw two Beautiful eyes in her front her. They were sparkling black eyes all she was able to see was those eyes . It was for the fraction of second but felt like alot of time .When she came out of the beauty of those mesmerizing eyes she quickly got up and apologize the one on whom she fell . The body of the person was well built they both bowed to each other and went in opposite direction the man was wearing a mask so his face was not visible but Phoenix already gave her heart to those eyes .They walk in different Direction they both were looking at each other and by looking at Pheonix the man walked out of the store and Phoenix also got busy in her own work .
Next day Pheonix was working in a cabin and she got tired by working so she laid back on her chair and closed her eyes after closing her eyes all she can see the mesmerizing black eyes, she quickly opened her eyes and shook her head," I should better focus on work ",she murmured and started working again.

After few hour ,someone knocked on the door of Pheonix cabin "come in", she said while doing some work ."Hello director ",she heard a familiar voice after seeing the person she got up and said with a smile," Sir don't call me director I am younger than you I know"." But we should respect one's position ",the man said this is Chang Shu ki 20% share holder of wings and a friend of Pheonix's late father Jung hara who adopted her. Pheonix only trusted 2 people one is him and the second is Eunjoo. He is a small businessman and runs a company of export and import .He supported Phoenix in opening the company . When PHOENIX completed her course and move to Seoul from Busan and started to work in a company, he found her and introduced himself and helped her in using her paternal property to open the wings Broadcasting Company "I heard you are organising and meeting?" Shu ki enquired "yes sir" Pheonix nodded ,"And I won't ask you what it is about as I trust you and I know that you won't waste our resources but I am excited to know about it ",Shu ki said ."Thank you sir for trusting me I will not disappoint you" Pheonix said and suddenly Eunjoo entered the room and she greeted Suh ki and turned to Phoenix and said " I have done all the arrangements according to your instructions after few hours the invitation will be reached to everyone and I have made sure that they all must attend the meeting "." Thank you", Pheonix said with her smile." She works a lot ",Su ki encouraged Eunjoo. She smile shyly and walked away." I must leave you alone now", Shu ki said. Pheonix nodded. After Shu ki left the cabin, Pheonix turned her face towards the view of the beautiful city which was visible from her cabin as one of its wall was made up of Glass she went near it and looked up at the sky she held her wing shaped locket which She wore every time , it was given by her mother, "Thanks mum for giving me strength to achieve everything I have now", she thanked her mom looking up at the sky she knows that she is always watching her from somewhere in the sky.
