Chapter 4

Saturday had rolled around faster than it usually does. I was just getting more and more hyped up. I had been purely hanging with my Hyungs rather than the boys and it is getting annoying but Jin wouldn't let me out of his sight. Stupid bird vision shit!

Hoseok:

We want you here a little earlier for chitchat and Jungkook is being teased rn

Me:

What happened?

Hoseok:

nvm about that just be @ mine earlier at 'cute boy's' request.

Me:

Fine! I can't say no now.

Now I am trying to find the best way to sneak out... with that fucking bird watching me! Ugh! I might need to face Jin... I walk down the wooden stairs to the kitchen where I know Jin is. In fact, he is cooking a dinner for three when I will only be for two. Namjoon goes hunting on Saturdays and usually stays out really fucking late until around 3 or 4 am.

"Hi..." I say looking down. "Hey..." Jin says still fully concentrated on cooking. "Umm... can I go hunting... on my own?" I ask. "I have food already." Jin retaliates. "I-I haven't shaped my skills recently and... I need some space from your stupid bird..." I say slightly nervous. I wouldn't be if A.Jin didn't have his bird on me and B.Jin wasn't scary when he's mad. "Fine... are you sure I can't have Rose keep an eye on you? what if something goes wrong..." Jin said. I could tell he was just worried about me now as he practically raised me after I became a vampire but just like a human Mother, he needs to let me go.

"Eomma... Please." I beg. I know he can't say no to that nickname. "Fine... be back by-" Jin calls out but I am already out the door and can't hear the rest of it. I mean it wasn't a complete lie, I do go out and hunt before I go to Hoseok's place. There is a much higher risk of me losing control if I don't eat beforehand. It was a useless deer anyway so it doesn't matter what matters is me going crazy and biting someone. Shivers run down my spine just thinking about it. I don't know whether it was out of fear or excitement but I hate the feeling I get in my stomach afterwards.

I arrive at Hoseok's place ready to fucking party like crazy. I knock on the door and as expected Hoseok opens it, his eyes are slightly red and he couldn't get a stupid grin off his face. I wonder what made him go like this. "Ah! you're finally here! Come in we have something important to talk about." Hoseok says pulling me by the arm to his lounge room. Hoseok lives in a 2-bedroom apartment that his parents pay for. He is not rich but he is definitely living quite comfortably. He uses the second bedroom for when friends or his sister come over. Which apparently is quite often.

I look in the lounge and on the carpet sit Jungkook and Yoongi. "Hey," I say with a smile and I sit in the circle with them. Jungkook looks like he was trying to keep a laugh in and Yoongi was smiling with his gums showing. "We need to give you a code name. You already know I go by J-hope and Yoongi goes by August D. Jungkook goes by JK but we need one for you." Hoseok says still smiling and Jungkook starts giggling. "You get to pick from Lex, Six or V." Yoongi added. "Why those codenames? And aren't you and Hoseok the only ones going on stage? Why do I need a 'codename'?" I ask full of questions. "RM said you had to pick out of those and you really don't want to be caught with your real name in that place. Big mistake." Jungkook replied emphasising 'big' it almost sounded like he was speaking from personal experience but then he laughs hard almost making me completely drop the theory.

"Okay then... I choose V."

A/N

Sorry for short chap. Something bad happened yesterday and I didn't have time to edit this properly. I might update this chap later this week so it sounds better.

To anyone who is confused. Vampires have unique abilities though there is a possibility a dead vampire had their powers before but died before they turned.

Jin's specifically is he has a Japanese Wagtail, a common Korean bird, named Rose or 장미. He can talk to the bird and can see what she sees if he chooses to though he usually just lets her watch and then she reports back to Jin. make sense? also, these are the outfits that the boys are wearing but the hairstyles are till from the Wings era.
