Gavin starred at his reflection in the bathroom mirror. He definitely cleaned up nicely. His hair looked shaggy, falling over his eyes once in a while. He wasn't sure how but his eyes seemed to be brighter, almost blue compared to the usually mix of blue and green.
Gavin ran his fingers through his shaggy hair as he left the bathroom and looked through his closet for what to wear. He ended up grabbing a black RWBY T-shirt, which had Sun on it, and a pair of light blue/almost grey jeans. He looked at himself one last time before leaving his apartment and made his was to school.

Michael sat boredly in the school library. He usually spent his mornings here, trying to finish up that last bit of homework. Most of the time it ended up becoming him checking his Instagram or watching random videos on YouTube.
He stared blankly at the wall in front of him as he thought back to the deal he made with Trevor. He was a bit worried about who this person was that Trevor was going to pair Michael with. Wait. No. Michael can do this. He can find a date in time. Right?
Well maybe not. No one at the school really peaked his interested and it'd be weird to have one of his friends as a date. He didn't know anyone well enough at his part time job at McDonald's. Though that would probably be more embarrassing to have a co-worker as his prom date. Not to mention how inappropriate it would be.
Michael's thoughts were broken when a male he didn't seem to recognize walked by. He couldn't help but notice the RWBY shirt the teenager was wearing.
"Hey!" Michael shouted, completely forgetting he was in the library and startled the male.
Gavin nearly jumped twelve feet in the air when he heard Michael shout. He froze in place, unsure what to do.
As Michael got shushed by the librarian, he made his way towards the frozen boy.
Gavin gulped slightly as he looked over at Michael. This couldn't be real. There is no way Michael Jones is coming over to talk to him.
"So Sun huh?" Michael question, looking at the British teen's shirt. Gavin seemed slightly confused until it clicked in his brain.
"Yeah...I know I'm a nerd..." Gavin sighed, frowning deeply. Michael arched a brow slightly.
"So what? I was just going to say I love the show too." Gavin's eyes seemed to light up at this.
"Who's your favorite character?" Gavin questioned.
"Well I mean it's pretty hard to choose just one character, I'd probably have to pick Scarlet. I know he was really only in two episodes and didn't really say much but I thought he was a pretty cool character." Michael said after thinking a couple minutes on who his favorite character would be.
"Yeah. I think you can tell who my favorite character is. Sun is really funny. During a lot of the drama of volume 4 and 5 he was pretty much a comic relief character. Qrow is another one of my favorite characters." Michael's eyes seemed to light up as he chuckled.
"Me too. Vic is one of my favorite voice actors. I've seen a lot of his animes." Gavin giggled and nodded in agreement.

The pair was sitting at a table in the library quietly talking about RWBY and a few different video games.
"So how long have you been watching Rooster Teeth?" Michael asked curiously
"Since the beginning. Well almost. Maybe a week after it first started. I've always found enjoyment out of their videos." Gavin replied, "what about you?"
"About the time RWBY started. My friends were always talking about it all the time so I wanted to see what the big deal was." Michael said in thought.
"I think after RWBY started, Rooster Teeth definitely got alot more subscribers from that series." Gavin said as Michael nodded in agreement.
"Oh shit. I've gotta go. Talk with you later, Gavin." Michael said, quickly standing up as he realized he was late for class. Gavin looked up at Michael and nodded.
"Bye Mi-cool."
Fun fact for people who don't know RWBY or do and didn't know this:
Sun is voiced by Michael
And Scarlet is voiced by GavinI thought it be cute to have Michael's favorite character to be Gavin's character and Gavin's favorite to be Michael's character
