Lance Oneshots, AU's, Angst

Prince 2

"What do you want to learn?" Shiro asked me.

"Everything," I breathed. The two of them looked at each other then back at me.

"Well we are brothers. We lived on our planet, before Zarkon destroyed it."

"Our mother and father died there. We were lucky enough to be here at the castle. And that's pretty much it."

"Oh wow. Sorry 'bout that. So is that really it?" I ask. They nod.

"Hm. Well the three of us are going to be friends alright?" I say. They looked reluctant.

"If you guys are going to be bodyguards, and you want me to cooperate, then you have to be my friends!" I say, crossing my arms and a small pout on my face.

"If we say yes will you go to bed?" Shiro asked. I nodded enthusiastically.

"Alright then," Shiro said. I smiled brightly.

"Yay! My first friends!" I clap gently. They look at me quizzically.

"The only friend I had when I was a kid was Lotor, and he turned evil and he got weird and grossed me out." I shudder at the memory.

"I still remember what he said. 'I'll come back for you once you're older, don't worry my precious.'" I stick my tongue out in disgust.

"I'll make sure that doesn't happen." Keith growled. I gave him a look of surprise. My face turned slightly red, and I turned laying back down in my bed.

"Um thanks," I said as they walked out the door. Almost instantly I fell asleep.

-Couple Hours Later-

I awoke, eyes still closed from sleep. There was shuffling noises coming from outside my window.

Is someone out there?

My question was answered as a dark figure climbed out of the window. Panic set in. I could see they were holding a rag or something. I knew he was gonna try to kidnap me.

"Keith! Shiro! Help!" I yelled right as the figure attacked me, throwing the rag in my mouth and tying it behind my head.

Keith POV~

I was ever so slowly dozing off. I think Shiro already did. Suddenly I heard Prince Lance yell from inside his room.

"Keith! Shiro! Help!" I was fully alert now. I ran inside, Shiro on my tail. A figure had Lance sprawled over his back, and he was just about to leave. Lance's mouth was gagged, and his hands and feet were tied.

"Lance!" I yelled, as I attacked the stranger. He dropped Lance, who groaned and sat up a bit. I bit the attacker, and he let out a yell. He scurried away out the window. I sighed, and turned to Lance tied up on the ground.

Prince Lance POV~

Keith got the attacker to drop me on the ground. I groaned a bit at the impact. Keith bit him, and he ran away. Keith leaned back down to me, untying my feet then my hands and mouth. He looks right into my eyes, his head right up against mine. I blushed lightly.

"Are you alright Prince Lance?" He asked, and I blushed a crimson red. He looks so dang hot like a model. I nod. He picks me up bridal style and walks over to Shiro.

"It's not safe for him to be alone right now," Keith said. I was still a crimson red color.

W-why is he carrying me??

I felt so embarrassed.

"Keith you stay in here with him for the rest of the night. I'll stay outside. We will inform King Alfor in the morning." Shiro instructed. Keith nodded, and threw me on the bed. I landed with a yelp. Shiro was already outside, the door closed.

"Sleep," Keith growled. I pouted.

"But I'm not tired anymore! Plus I'm really cold. That dude was freezing," I say with a shiver. Keith sighed, but it sounded a little bit like a growl.

"Lay down," he said, his voice low. I did as he instructed, jumping under the covers. I looked at him with questions on my face. He sat on my bed, then laid down next to me. I blushed a scarlet red at the close proximity between us. Keith was surprisingly very warm. I cuddled closer to him. I sighed lightly, then looked up at Keith who was staring right at me. He wrapped his arms tightly around me, bringing me even closer. I could feel his sweet breath against my face. I pulled my arms up to his shoulders.

"I will protect you Lance. Do not worry. I won't let anyone touch you ever again..."
