Mr. Ambrose (pov)

"Sahib?" I heard Karim. "Yes?" I questioned continuing my way up the stairs to where Karim was.

"The door seems to have been left open......." He said I stared at him and looked towards at the door its was slightly open I push it open I took a step crack  I stayed still for a moment and looked down seeing crums on the floor.

I went walking inside looking around the empire Karim went in front of me as his hand shot up to his sabre and looked around making sure no one was here.

Did someone break in? Is Mr.Linton ok? Did they take anything? So many thought went through my head. Why is there crums on the floor then?

"No one seems to be down here sir." Karim replied I nodded my head.

I looked up hearing the noise were coming from the upstairs we both went heading towards the stairs case.

When we were finally at the top I looked around and saw my office door open.

I went walking quietly and peek inside the office seeing someone grabbing my files I went behind him.
"what do you think you are doing?" the man froze Karim turned him around.

"Mr. Stone?" I said confused. "What are you doing in my office?" I slowly asked him I looked at Karim he went towards Mr.Stone.

Great why is it that one of my workers end up betraying me? This is getting me a little annoyed already.

"Mr. Ambrose you're here..."Mr. Stone said I could heard the shocked in his voice I looked up at him deep in hus eyes.

"Well what do you have to say for your self?" I asked him he looked around and his eyes widen he quickly stand up.

"Mr. Ambrose Sir this isn't what you think I was cleaning up the mess-"

I cut him off. "So what are you trying to say is that my flies just had magically fallen?"And you were just cleaning it up?" I suggest you don't use that excuse I already heard that one." I told him and turned around looking at Karim.

Karim left towards Mr.Stone. "Wait Mr.Ambrose let me explain!" I heard Mr. Stone. "I don't know how your files drop all over the floor I was just working and Mr.Linton was in your office and I heard a lot of noise and I went to check up on him but he said he was fine then I waited a little while and check again!" He rush out his sentence.

I turned to him. "Wait did you just say that all of these files on the floor was Mr.Linton fault?" I asked him.

"Well yes Mr. Linton was acting strange today....."he paused and looked at me.

"When I was walking inside the empire Mr. Linton was on the ground it looked like he wasn't breathing and I went to check and well he started laughing but when he went up he was limping like he hurted his leg or something I guess he noticed I saw and he ran to show me that he was fine......" He looked down. "Mr.Linton had been staying here for a while doing work so it was weird for me to see him out....well that what happen." He looked back at me I lift an eyebrow up.

"If that's true where is he?" I asked worried she been staying here how long? What happen to her? How did she get hurt? Many question went running through my head I was determined to fine the answers to.

"He went to go to......" His face expression looked worried."Well?" I asked impatient.

"He went to find you Sir."
