Sinner

You dare to call me a sinner.

In my eyes, I don't see sin but only myself.

Not following in what you deem is correct makes a demon.

If that is what you want then a demon I became.

Not one who harms(no) only one who simply is at war.

Clawing its way out from the chains that suppress it.

Constant struggle doesn't make it weak, only stronger in it's beliefs.

Get away!

You wouldn't listen so why should you care now!

You think of yourself divine being, you musn't come near me.

For the demon that I am shakes the very Earth you stand on.

A sinner I've become.

The demon who will bring your undoing for chaos will surely follow.

Bringing you down from your pedestal, it will bring you to the depths that are home.

When you ask, "Why have you come down to this place?"

The answer that follows will open your eyes, "You made me like this, you called me a sinner."

With a heavy heart the demon turns around heading deeper into the void.

Even as you call it by it's name you start to realize the mistake you wrought.

For the demon, she walks in silence towards the darkness you created.

Forever deemed a monster, always in anguish in the loneliness that surrounds her.

Dreaming of a better life but, constantly thrown back into the darkness.

See the demon that I have become...
