"Betty," I begin. "Betty," I say, chasing her down the school hallway.
She turns around looking at me angrily."How could you?" She begins. "How could you embarrass me like that?"
"I'm sorry, Betty," I say. "It meant nothing."
"But you still did it, if you didn't really like me, why ask me out?" She starts. "Why ask me out when you still have feelings for Cheryl?"
"I don't have feelings for her," I say running a hand through my hair, anxiously.
"Then why were you shoving your tongue down her throat?" She says, shoving me in the shoulder, causing me to stumble back slightly.
"I thought I wanted her all this time, but all I want is you," I say reaching for her hand.
She scoffs pulling away. "I will not be a second choice (y/n), we're done," she says exiting the school, leaving me alone.
