Chapter 10

I walked out of class with Marcel we were talking about our science homework when Jake came and interrupted us

Jake: hey babe hugs her from behind

melody: oh God you scared me Jake

Jake: hey marcy

Marcel: h-hey j-jake...

Jake: so babe are you ready for our date tonight?

melody: yea am pretty exi-

Marcel: I have to go *walks away*

melody: wait marcel

Jake: babe just leave him you don't need him he's weird let's go

melody: um yea I guess and don't call me babe because am not your girlfriend

Jake: your going to be though and soon

melody:school ended fast and I was pretty nervous for the date tonight I got home and layed down in my bed I immediately fell asleep.....

I woke up with my phone ringing

hello?

Jake: Hey!

melody: Hey..

Jake: you ready?

melody: for what?

Jake: for our date in an hour you silly

melody: oh um yea am almost ready

Jake: did you forget?

melody: no! am just getting ready

Jake: ok then! see you in an hour

melody: um yea see you in an hour bye!

I can't believe I totally forgot about the date I am having with Jake I got in the shower fast and came out and got dressed into a blue dress with some black high heels and I curled my hair and brushed my teeth when the doorbell rang and I heard the door open and close when my mom knocked on my door

mom: I didn't know you were going on a date?

melody: um yea am in a bit of a hurry can you please get out?

mom: sure but I don't want you coming back with your hair messy and all that *winks*

melody: mom! get out

mom: okay see you later

melody: okay bye

I went down the stairs and saw Jake sitting on the couch waiting for me

melody: hey...

Jake: Damn you look hot tonight babe

melody: thanks

jake: no problem

melody: so where are we going?

Jake: its a surprise

melody: okay

a bit of minutes passed and we stopped outside of olive gardens we got inside and it was really nice for a date we sat down and ordered

we finally finished eating because all he bragged about was him getting all the girls and also being popular we got in the car and started talking

Jake: so you intrested in anyone at school?

melody: um no ...

we stopped outside of my house

melody: well thanks for the date it was really nice

Jake: no problem

I saw him getting closer too me and he was about to kiss me

melody: well...um bye

Jake: um by-

I got out of the car quickly and got inside my house and looked outside the window and all I saw was Jake speeding away I went up to my room and changed into some shorts and a long t-shirt and got my hair into a pony tail and went to sleep thinking about Marcel.
