Chapter 11

I woke up in the morning with my phone ringing

melody: hello?

Jake: hey um I just wanted to let you know that am going to pick you up at your house in 10 minutes so start getting out

I looked at the time and I was already getting late

melody: oh um its okay I can go by myself

Jake: oh don't worry melody am already on my way

melody: oh um okay be out there in a bit okay bye!

Jake: by-

I got out of bed took a quick shower and dressed into some white and blue shorts with a light brown t-shirt hanging over my shoulder and my sunglasses with a bit of jewelry and some sandals i got myself a bit of mascara and eyeliner on I brushed my teeth and sprayed some perfume on when I heard Jake honking

melody: am going! I screamed out my window I rushed down the stairs and got an apple for the way I got out of my house and saw Jake waiting for me in the car

melody: hey

Jake: well don't you look hot today babe

melody: thanks we got to school and I threw away the apple I had I got in class and everyones eyes were on me

ms.Vera: well hello there melody have a seat

melody: um yea I quickly rushed to my seat and saw Marcel taking notes

ms.Vera: Marcel and melody can I talk to you after class?

Marcel: u-um s-sur-re

melody: sure

Marcel looks at me scared and quickly goes back to taking notes

After Class

me and Marcel look at each other then go up to our teacher

Marcel: um m-m.s v-ver-ra is th-her-e something wr-ong?! did I not turn in an assignment?! am I failing this class!?! did I do something wrong!?!

ms.Vera: woahh slow down there Marcel no there's nothing wrong I just want to ask you a favor and that includes you melody....well I was thinking since Marcel is passing his classes and melody your going off a bit I want you Marcel to go and tutor melody at home for she can pass some of her classes

Marcel: what!?!

melody: u-um...

ms.Vera: is there a problem marcel?

Marcel: u-um n-no so-rr-y

ms.vera: well you guys can keep on discussing this outside of my classroom so go out my kids bye!

Marcel: u-um bye...

me and Marcel head out of the classroom but I still can't believe he has to tutor me...right when my teacher said that my stomach exploded with butterflies

Marcel: so u-um wh-en c-can I g-go ov-ver to yo-your hou-house?

melody: whenever you want you can go today if you want afterschool
