"This is where we met." Harry said as he entered the cafe with his mum. He had left Louis to sleep in and went back down to greet his mum that morning. "Lou was seated right over there," He pointed to the exact seat he had been sitting in, "And I was riding my bike. Quite nearly fell off when we made eye contact." Harry blushed. "I can already tell he's a good guy. I'm glad you found him." Anne smiled, grabbing her son's hand as they waited in line. She had missed her youngest child dearly and while she knew he had to do what he wanted to do in his life, she just wished he chose somewhere closer to home. But she was happy for him, all she ever wanted in the world was for her two kids to be happy and healthy at all times.
Anne froze when she saw the armed guards walk into the cafe for a morning coffee, "They're everywhere, mum. Safety precautions." Harry shrugged, he was used to them by now. Paris is nothing like England. "The amount of terror in the world these days, it's crazy." Anne replied, relaxing a bit. Their food was soon brought to them and they ate happily together. "Let's go on a little walk after brekky. There's still heaps here I haven't seen yet." Anne agreed, "Let's head to Notre-Dame, maybe get to sit through a morning mass."
Harry decided to text Louis what he and his mother were doing, inviting him to come with them but knowing he would probably sleep through the message. He did. And it was 20 minutes later that Anne and Harry were heading to the church after getting directions from the cafe owner, Meilani. It was about a 40 minute walk, a great way to spend a Sunday morning, although it was a bit chilly out this morning.
"So, Louis, he makes you happy?" His mother had always been over protective, she does it to Gem also. "Yeah, Mum. He really does." Harry couldn't wipe the smile off his face, "I love him, I love him very, very much."
Meanwhile, Louis was just waking up to an empty bed. That put a frown on his face. "Harry?" He shouted, to no reply. He reached over to grab his phone, only meaning to check the time but also seeing a text message from his boyfriend. He sent a message back, telling Harry to enjoy his time with his mum and to stay safe. Louis just worries too much. After what happened to his father he knew the dangers of this world more than ever. It was now midday and he figured they had made it to the 12 o'clock mass.
It was cold, really cold and Lou found himself hoping that Harry had taken a coat. And little did he know that Harry had in fact taken a coat, one of Louis' to be exact.

"That was one of the loveliest church services I've been too. Absolutely beautiful." Anne had said as she and her son left Notre-Dame. "I'd love to come back sometime. I'll have to persuade Louis to come with me on Christmas." He smiled, it was mid October and Harry had already been excited for Christmas. He got into the spirit early every year.

Later that evening, Harry and Louis planned a nice dinner up on the penthouse roof for Anne's last night in Paris. She unfortunately had to go to work on Tuesday so had to leave tomorrow. It was similar to the night that Lou had asked Haz to be his boyfriend.
The three sat by a lovely warm fire with glasses of wine and a film playing on the projector. When the Eiffel Tower's light show lit up the sky, they watched it clearly from the roof, Anne even snapping some pictures to show her husband at home and to no doubt plaster all over social media. But who wouldn't? Paris is fucking outstanding.
It was late, they didn't want to head down to bed but the two had work in the morning and Anne was leaving at noon so they packed up and headed back down stairs. Harry took his mum back to his apartment while Louis loaded his dishwasher and waited for his man to come back.
When Harry returned he had one of his expensive as fuck shirts on a hanger and his beloved skinny jeans which Louis swore he had at least 36 pairs of. He still had his oversized lilac sweater on and my fucking god he looked so damn cute. "You better go hang that shirt up, babe. I'm seconds from tackling you and kissing the fuck out of ya." Harry laughed at that, but did as Lou said, not wanting to crinkle up his freshly ironed shirt.
As promised, Louis tackled Harry onto the bed and started a sweet make out session with him. It was all tongue and hair tangles but perfect. Needed. Wanted. It didn't go any further. They knew it was late and they instead opted for a nice hot shower together where they washed each other's hair, shared loving kisses and exchanged quick hand jobs, washing away there sexual needs then headed to bed. Harry was taller, but he definitely had to be the little spoon. No questions about it. Louis didn't mind though, he preferred having Harry resting on his chest, drawing small little pictures over his exposed skin until he fell asleep. Louis just played with his long, curly hair and smiled. There was nothing but love filling the air.
It was the loud crashing of thunder that had woken Harry in the early hours of the morning. It took him a moment to realise what was going on but when he saw the flash of lightening he pieced it all together. Louis was still sound asleep, so cute and innocent. During the night Harry had somehow ended up on the other side of the bed and he wasn't having that. He forced his way back into his lover's arms, trying not to wake the sleeping man but failing. He paused when he heard Lou laugh, "You're such a koala." He opened his arms and let Haz get comfortable. "Are you okay, baby?" His voice was full of sleep. "I fucking hate storms." Harry mumbled, burying his face into his boyfriends soft neck. "Aww, it's okay, Love. Come 'ere." The elder rolled onto his side to completely smother the younger in a tight embrace, "Thanks, Lou." "You know you could've just woken me. You didn't have to just cuddle me, like, I'm glad I woke up, I just want you to always feel safe and okay. Just, like, don't be afraid of waking me, Yeah?" "It's a thunder storm, most adults aren't scared of those. It wasn't a genuine reason to wake you." "Babe, a fear is a fear. Don't you dare ever think I'd judge you for anything. I love you. I'm happily awake right now to try and comfort you and I'll stay awake until you fall back asleep." "What did I ever do to deserve such an unbelievably perfect human being to call my own?" Harry asked, leaning up to give Louis a kiss, "Just exist. You're amazing, babe. Anyone would happily call you there's." "I'm just happy you're the one who gets to have me." "And I'll have you for the rest of my life."
Harry did eventually fall back asleep and Louis made sure he was sleeping soundly before he even thought about closing his eyes. When the alarm clock woke the two up, Harry was still cling to Louis and Louis was still smothering Harry. Love is love.
They grabbed breakfast at Harry's apartment that morning, scrambled eggs on toast with cups of tea and coffee. "It was so lovely meeting you, Anne. You'll have to come visit us again soon." Louis smiled, hugging his boyfriend's mother, "Thank you for taking care of my baby. It was lovely meeting you also." Anne smiled, "My pleasure. Thank you for birthing such a big head." Louis laughed at Harry's eye roll, "S'not that big." He mumbled, "Honey, it is." Anne assured. Louis then gave Harry a kiss before he headed towards the door, "Baby, you'll need an umbrella." Harry called, "I'll grab one for you." Harry headed off to his laundry room, "Uh, pink or yellow?" He held up the brightly coloured umbrellas and laughed, Louis just smiled, he adored everything about Harry. "What ones your favourite?" He asked, "The pink one." Harry replied. "Then I'll take yellow. Thanks, baby."
Harry and Anne sat down and watched the rain fall while drinking another cup of tea. "Thank you for having me here, sweetie." Harry smiled at his mum, "Anytime, mum. I love you." "I love you too."
When Harry finally left for work he gave his mum a huge cuddle, "Get home safe and text me when you do, okay?" Anne rolled her eyes at her son. "I'm the mother, I'll do the worrying. But, I will text you when I'm home. I love you, darling." "I love you, Mum." Then Harry took his pink umbrella and headed off for the flower shop.
