"Babe? Are you okay?" Yeri asked as she turned to face Jeongguk, one of her slim arms draping across his abdomen. "You've been staring at your phone." She whispered into his ear, her eyebrows furrowed in the dark.
"I'm okay," Jeongguk murmured, dropping his phone on the sidetable to turn his attention to his girlfriend. He wrapped his arms around her in response, hugging her close to him so that he could smell her vanilla shampoo.
"Is it because I'm leaving in a week? I mean, we're used to world tours, but—"
"No," Jeongguk interrupted her, a small smile finding its way onto his lips. "I'm good, I promise."
That night they slept in eachother's arms in peace, but Jeongguk's mind was the complete opposite. He kept thinking about that model, Kim Taehyung.
Yet, he brushed it off. He had Yeri and it could have been someone else. Jeongguk did not love Kim Taehyung anymore. And starting tomorrow, Jeon Jeongguk would post everyday about Yeri, just to see if Taehyung had a reaction. After all, he wanted to solve the mystery too.
