Class Vacation - Part 2

You woke up and headed to the main forum. You sat on the bench and waited for Kat. Once he made his way down, you gestured for him to walk over to you. It only took a few minutes for everyone else to make their way down before Aizawa started to talk.

"Today is day two of training. It is the last day for most of you. However, the ones who have failed their tests have to train for another two days. At 9:00 sharp meet me at cabin 4 to eat dinner. Class is dismissed." With that, you made your way down to the field with Kirishima and a bitter Katsuki.

"I've improved a lot. I can get a lot harder than before!" Kirishima smiled while mentioning his improvement. "Hehe thats what she said." You were tempted to make that joke around Eji for so long but couldn't find the right timing. Your moment to shine finally came. You and Eji were laughing and Katsuki stood there a little jealous. He didn't laugh because that would ruin his persona. You could tell Katsuki felt just a little uncomfortable so you held his hand and squeezed it tightly. You could feel him soften up a little.

The both of you started your fireball-explosion technique but you were still trying to find the perfect ratio. After many attempts you were able to shoot one that was just right. A few hours into training, you noticed smoke. It was at a distance.

You figured it could have been a chimney but it didn't take you long to realize a chimney wouldn't be smoking that much. You tapped Katsuki's shoulder an pointed towards the smoke. "Oi. The fuck is that?"  You both were thinking the same thing and started to walk towards it.

As the distance shortened, the smoke grew. The two of you began to run. "Grab on to me." Katsuki firmly stated. You obeyed and realized what he wanted to do. The two of you began to feel lighter and you were in the air. He shot explosions to increase your speed.

Once you reached where the smoke was coming from, you noticed it was a hotel on fire. You ran inside next to Katsuki. "Be careful ok?" You reassured. Both of you split up to evacuate the citizens in the building. In this situation your fireball quirk wouldn't come in handy. You heard cries and instinctively ran in that direction. There was a man who had a child cradled in his arms. His palm over the child's mouth and nose to prevent her from breathing in the carbon dioxide. "HELP! HERE! PLEASE!" You grabbed the man and child and started to run. In front of the door, there was fire restricting you from leaving. It wasn't too high so you flew over and dropped the child and man. "Call for help." You were calm but rational. You couldn't help but wonder how Katsuki was doing. "Do you know how the fire started? Was it a grease fire?" You didn't have much time. "It was a villain, not a grease fire." You nodded and asked him to use the hotel water hose to lessen the fire.

You ran through the lobby and grabbed the first fire extinguisher you could find. "ANYBODY HERE?! ANYONE?" You heard a distant cry and ran towards it. There was fire surrounding a boy. He was no more than 8 years old. You used the fire extinguisher and put out the flames around him. You picked him up and put his legs around your waist so he wouldn't fall. Your free hand was on his back and was pulling him towards your chest. Once you made it to the exit, you put him down and ran back in.

You found a pregnant lady shielding herself from the flames. You ran straight for her and grabbed her and started to run. A set of flames were blocking your path and you were trying to grip the extinguisher to make a safe way towards the exit. The flames were about to burn the lady but you put your back over her body, shielding her. The fabric on your back wasn't too burned because it was heat resistant. You finally gripped it and shot it towards the flames. You put the lady down and ran straight for the building once more.

You caught sight of Katsuki. "I was looking for you everywhere. There isn't anyone left. They were evacuated before but a few people were left behind. I think we got the last of them." Just then a quiet cry came from the opposite end of the hotel. Without thinking, both you and Katsuki ran straight for the voice. It was a child who got left behind. "Hey there, don't be scared. We are gonna help you outta this." You have never heard Katsuki this gentle before. He held out his hand and the clearly scared girl crawled into his arms. The three of you ran out of the building. Water was suddenly shooting. You looked around and noticed water hose, the hero!
