There was almost less than a month before your wedding and all of your favourite venues hadn't worked out. You were beginning to stress now even though you wanted to keep a calm demeanour.

"Did the other one work out?" You asked Kat who had the phone in between his shoulder and ear.
"If you keep talking, how the fuck am I gonna work anything out?" He harshly questioned. You were slightly taken aback, so you backed out of the living room and into your bedroom.

You opened up your laptop in search of venues, but they were all booked. Most of them wouldn't take you seriously because of how short the notice was. You sighed, frustrated and looked down at your ring. You really wanted this to be your dream wedding, but how would that work out for you?

Due to the frustration of not being able to get a venue, instead you contacted your florist.

"Hello, Lydia," you began.
"I was wondering if i could get lavender flowers for my venue," you added. You heard a sigh on the other end.
"I'm really sorry, but we only have yellow and blue," she responded. Your heart sank, first the venue didn't work out and now the flowers?
"Alright, I'll talk to you soon," you said before hanging up.
You entered the living room and Katsuki was rubbing his temple in frustration.

"They don't have lavender, only yellow and blue," you said, barely speaking above a whisper.
"God fucking dammit," he began.
"It's fine, we can figure this out," you replied.
"Stop with that bullshit, I'm trying so hard and I feel like you're doing absolutely nothing," he said angrily. You also felt your blood boil.
"Nothing? Ha, I'm doing nothing. I've been working my ass off trying to find a god damn venue for months. When did you start to look? Oh right, YESTURDAY," you retorted. He scoffed and glared at your direction.

"Do you know why I only just began to look? I've been working extra hours to pay off that fucking ring I put on your finger," he sarcastically laughed.
"WHO ASKED YOU TO BUY IT?!" You yelled out in the heat of the moment. Though right after it escaped your lips, you regret it.
"Wait- I-I didn't mean that Kat," you said before he got his jacket and began to leave.
You quickly grabbed his hand which he shook of before shutting the door with a loud bang.

Fuck.

You tried texting him and calling him, but to no avail. You ran your fingers through your hair and sighed. You left your house and began walking to his. You knocked the door and Katsuki's mom came out.

"Is Kat in there?" You asked.
"I thought he was at your house," she replied, equally as clueless. You sighed and nodded.
"Ok, sorry for bothering you," You responded.

KATSUKI POV

She doesn't want to get married. Tsk she probably just didn't want to embarrass me when I proposed. So do we call all of this off? Dammit.
"She probably didn't mean it," Shitty hair mentioned, I scoffed.
"Don't give me false hopes. We're young, maybe she's questioning it all," I replied, burying my head into my arms.
Just then we heard the doorbell ring, multiple times. I groaned and looked to Kirishima, hoping he'd get it. He nodded and walked to the door.

I waited a few minutes for him to come, and finally his room door opened.
"Who was it?" I asked, head still in my arms.
"Me," (Y/n) replied. I didn't expect her to come, but my heart raced slightly.

NORMAL POV

"I don't want to see you," Kat said, your heart sank at his words.
"Please Kat, I get why you'd be mad. Just let me explain," you whispered. He didn't speak as if he was silently waiting for you to talk.
"I swear, I didn't mean it. It was in the heat of the moment and it slipped out," you began.
"If it just slipped out then you must've meant it," he interrupted quietly.
"I really didn't," you replied more confidently.
"Then why'd you really say it?" He asked, in disbelief.

"I was stressed. Nothing was working out. The venues were all booked up, the god damn flowers were a bust. I felt like I was failing you. Like I had one job and I couldn't even do that properly. And then you raised your voice, which you always do, but this time it wasn't the same. It wasn't playful, it kinda hurt. And then I let my emotions get the best of me. Im so sorry, Kat. I want nothing more than to marry you. I have absolutely nothing but love for you," you finished. He finally looked into your eyes.

"I was only looking for the venues to make you happy. We could get married in a dumpster for all I care," he began, throwing his hands up.
"I wanted what you wanted, but I don't mind marrying you in the middle of the road. I don't mind marrying you in a fucking sewer. As long as you're there. As long as I get to spend the rest of my life with you," his genuine words caught you off guard. Tears slowly crept down your cheeks.

"Uhm sorry to ruin the moment, but the food is ready...sooooooo," Kirishima awkwardly said.
"LEARN TO READ THE FUCKING SITUATION, SHITTY HAIR," Katsuki shouted, angrily. You laughed slightly, but you took Katsuki's face in your hands and gently kissed his lips. He kissed back and then your forehead.
"I love you Biiittchhhh," he started
"I aint gon' never stop loving you," you added, giggling.
"Biiiitttcchhh," Katsuki finished.

"Awwww you guys are so cute, but unlike you guys, the food wont stay hot. Eat it before it cools down," he said, ruining the moment once more. You got up and took Katsuki with you.

Maybe you don't need a fairytale wedding after all.
