Asuna's POV
"Where are we going?" I ask Kirito as soon as we get off the plane. We decided to leave before my mother got to Japan.
"Well we could head back to my house but, when your mom gets back she'll be looking for you so you'll have to face her eventually. Maybe you should just give in. All she wants is to have a party for you and it's your eighteenth birthday party. She wants you to spend it with your loved ones.
I sigh. "Yeah, you have a point but, I love you Kirito. And I love the baby you and I created. My only wish is to spend my birthday with you. Not with some people I barely know." Says Asuna.
Kirito sighs. "Well, we can make the best out of it. How about I take you out after? We could hang out by ourselves then meet up with some friends." Says Kirito. Asuna smiles and nods. "I'd really like that Kirito." Says Asuna.
"So your heading home?" He Asks. Asuna nods. "Better to be home before she gets back. Wouldn't want her to throw a fit." Says Asuna. Kirito smiles. "Okay, I'll drop you off." He says.

Asuna walked through the door and shut it quietly. The lights were off which meant no one was home. Asuna smirks.
"Haha! I made it without-" "Asuna Yuuki!" Says a stern voice that only Asuna would recognise as her-
"Mother! I thought you would be in American!" Says Asuna whiningly. "Well, you thought wrong Asuna." Says her mother making Asuna groans.
I just knew she would say that. She thinks to herself.
"Really Asuna, I can't believe you would pull something like that. I thought you were smarter than that but, your back now and we can prepare everything for your birthday party and-"
"Mom! Could you just listen to me, for once!" Says Asuna finally hitting her mark. Her mom sighs. "What in the world is it Asuna?" She asks annoyed.
"Mom, you've gotta hear me out." Says Asuna taking a seat beside her. "It's unfair that you get to run my life all the time judging that it's my life! I'm frickin eighteen! Technically I'm a grown up so let me run my life the way I was to Okay? If I don't want to have a birthday party with random people I don't know I shouldn't have to. Just let me be around my friends and most important, Kirito. Can you please just stop trying to run my life?" Asks Asuna.
Her mom sighs. "I-I guess I can stop bossing you around but, your still going to college in America. Deal?" Says her mother. Asuna smiles. Atleast I'm off the hook...for now anyway. Thinks Asuna to herself.
"Deal," She says as they shake hands.
