Carter's POV I woke up pretty early to get ready for my meeting. I put on a cream crop top, some jean shorts with a pattern on them, and some white Vans.

The meeting went well. I got a modeling gig for LA fashion week. Heather: This could be huge for you. Heather is my older half sister. She is also my manager. Carter: I know. But, is this gonna conflict with reshooting? Heather: Nope. Carter: Great. Heather: I heard that you are gonna have to redo the you know. Carter: That's crazy, why? Heather: They got a bad angle. Carter: Well, I'm not reshooting that. I looked down at my phone and it was almost noon. Carter: I've gotta go. Bye! I ran to my car and drove to Olive Garden. Before I opened the door I looked down at my phone and Eben had texted me and told me he was at the store across the road. I took a deep breath and walked in. The boys stood up and hugged me one by one. The person at the front showed us to our table. Carter: So sorry I'm late. My meeting ran long. Corbyn: It fine. Let me get your chair for you. Daniel: I got it. Jack: No, allow me. Carter: Guys! I got it. Jack, Corbyn, Daniel: Sorry! They all sat down and started looking at the menu. Jonah: So, what happened in your meeting? Carter: They told me that I'm going to be in LA fashion week. Modeling, duh. Zach: That's great. We should come. Carter: You want to sit through a like hour long fashion show? Daniel: If it means seeing you rock the runway, I would sit through anything. I was hardcore blushing.
Jonah's POV That is so not fair! Daniel has a leg up on us because he know more about her and he's liked her for the longest time. After we ordered our food, some fans came over and we took pictures with them. Fan 1: Hey Jack. Is this the girl that is replacing Gabbie? Jack: No, no,no. She my friend. Fan 2: Then she must be Daniel's toy. Daniel. No. She's um, kinda umm... Carter: I'm just their friend. Fans: Oooh. Fan 3: Thanks guys! Boys: Bye. The fans left and we sat back down. Carter looked pissed. Carter: Y'all don't get tired of that? Like seriously! Fan 4: Oh my god! You're Carter Ryder! I'm a huge fan! Carter: Awww. Thanks. She got up and took a picture with the girl. They talked for a minute and then the girl left. Carter turned around and looked at us with a big smile. Corbyn: Now What were you saying about fans coming up to you?
Carter's POV Lunch was so good. None of us had room for dessert. Well, I did but, Finn and I will probably get something to eat in the way home. Zach: Okay someone had to mention this, have you decided yet? Carter: Oh yeah, that. Ummm, I've put some thought into it. Jack: We at least need to know if you have an order yet. It is just so much pressure on me. Eben might be right. What if I don't want to do this? What if I come out of this the same way I came into it? Carter: (standing up) Excuse me for a minute. Daniel: Take all the time you need. I got up and went to the bathroom. I splashed my face with some water. I've never felt with stress very well. Christina: Don't do that! You'll mess up your makeup!
