L-Love

Riley POV

I wake up at 6.30am and realize it's my birthday today! It's Friday which means I have to go to school today. I pick my phone and see that James left a message.

Happy birthday baby girl!!! I love you so much!! Hope you're going to enjoy your day! I pick you up for school. Love you! -12.01-am

I smile at the message and get up from my bed to get ready for school. I walk in to the kitchen and see that my mom has made me my favorite breakfast. Banana pancakes with strawberries and Nutella.

''happy birthday honey!''

''thank you mom'' I say.

''I can't believe my baby is growing up so fast.'' She says tearing up a bit.

''aww don't make me cry mom and I will always be your baby.'' I say hugging her.

Just then Emily, my older sister, comes downstairs.

''happy birthday baby sis.'' She says hugging me.

''thank you.''

My dad left for work early, which means I won't see him this morning.

''go eat fast and then get ready for school.'' My mom says to Emily and I. We eat our breakfast and head upstairs to get ready. I brush my teeth and take a quick shower. It's pretty hot outside, so I decide to wear shorts and a T-shirt. I put my shoes on, take my bag and sit on the couch till James comes. I see James' car park in front of my house and I walk up to him.

''happy birthday baby!!'' he says and kissed me.

''thank you!''

''lets go to school.'' He says. We sit in the car and before we start to drive James gets something out of his pocket.

''this is for you baby girl.'' He says. It's a little gift and when I open the wrap paper, I see its from Pandora. I gasp and look at him. He smirks and gives me sign to open the box. I open the box and see a beautiful ring with Jiley crafted inside. I tear up a bit and give James a big hug.

''thank you so much. I love it, but you didn't have to do this. It probably cost you a lot.''

''I wanted to and don't worry about the cost. Also I have more presents for you.'' He says. I kiss him and say thank you. We drive to school and walk together inside, hand in hand. We walk to my locker. As I want to look back, Michelle, Thalia and Giselle throw confetti on me.

''happy birthday Riley!!.'' They yell at me.

''thank you so much!'' I say giving them a hug.

''who's idea is this actually?'' I ask. They look behind me where I see James smirking.

''aww thank you'' I say giving him a hug.

The bell rings and we walk together to our first period. We all have PE and the teacher says we have to come up with a dance and show it for a note. We can make our own groups too. We make our groups and in my group are:

-James

-Michelle

-Thalia

-Giselle

-Eldon

-West

-And me of course.

We came up with a brilliant dance and because it's my birthday today, I am the lead of the dance. We show it to the teacher and we get an A.

The rest of the day went good and now we are heading home. ''dress into something nice and comfy, because we are going on a date tonight. I pick you up at 6. '' James says to me as we park in front of my house.

''aww thank you. I'll see you then.'' I say giving him a kiss and walk to my house.

James POV

I am going to take Riley on a date. In the meantime, A-troupe and friends from school are setting up a party at Riley's house. Emily asked her parents and they said they were okay with it.

I take Riley to a beautiful restaurant and she loves it. We eat our meal and when we are done, its my turn to give her a gift.

''Riley, I love you so much. Just sitting here with you and doing nothing makes me the happiest person alive. Thank you for loving me and thank you for letting me love you. Being with you has changed my life. In a better way of course. I'm the happiest when I am with you. I can't wait to marry you one day and then start a family. But for now, Riley Lynn Raymond can you promise me that we will be together forever, marry one day and start a family?'' I ask holding a beautiful promise ring. At this point she has tears in her eyes.

''yes I promise.'' She says. I place the ring around her finger and kiss her.

''thank you so much James, I love you.''

''anytime baby girl and I love you too.''

We enjoy each other company for a while and then we start driving to her home.

''I really enjoyed tonight, thank you so much.''

''no problem and it isn't over.'' I say.

Riley POV

''no problem and it isn't over.'' He says while smirking.

''wait what do you mean?'' I ask.

''just walk inside.'' He says still smirking. I walk inside and see that the light are off. James walks behind me and suddenly the light come on and I see all of my friends screaming 'surprise'. I tear up a bit.

''riley why are you crying? Don't you like it?'' Giselle asks.

''no no, of course I like it. It's just that I have amazing friends like you who care about me.''

''well thank your amazing boyfriend for organizing this all.'' Thalia says. I look behind me to see James smirking. I jump on him and give him kisses all over his face.

''thank you, thank you, thank you and thank you. I love you so much!''

''It's nothing sweetheart.'' He says giving me a kiss. I jump of him and give him a big hug. I look around and see a birthday cake, food and many presents.

''thank you all you didn't have to do this.'' I say to them. I give them all a big hug and give James another hug.

''I love you.'' We say at the same time.

''that's real love.'' I hear Thalia say to Michelle.

''It sure is.'' Michelle responds.
