N-Nothing

(A/N) I am so sorry for not uploading in a long time. Hopefully I will update soon! This is a story requested by @jileyforevertns . Sorry it took me so long. I hope you'll like it!

So just pretend like Riley was the new girl instead of Michelle in season 1.

Riley POV
James, Michelle, Thalia, Eldon, West, Giselle and me are all sitting at our usual table in Hidalgos. James has his arm around my waist as I'm leaning into him. Occasionally he would lean down and kiss my temple. We are all talking and laughing when West came running to our table out of breath yelling: ''guys, I have big new!''. We all wait in silence waiting to hear what he has to say. We wait a while and I had enough of waiting what he has to say.

''so, are you going to tell us what the big new is?'' I ask.

''oh yeah, I forgot.'' He answered causing me to roll my eyes. James chuckled and kisses my temple again.

''guess who is coming to visit us tomorrow at rehearsal.'' He says making us all curious.

''who?'' everyone asks eagerly.

''Ashleigh.''

''no way.'' Michelle says and they all seem very excited, all though I have no idea who this Ashleigh girl is.

''who is Ashleigh?'' I ask and everyone turns to face me.

''she was our friend and a member of A-troupe, but she moved to Mexico about 4 years ago. 1 year before you got here.'' James says. I know there was something else. I can see it in his face, but I decide to drop it.

''oh, I can't wait to meet her.'' I say with a fake forced smile. I really don't know how to feel about that Ashleigh girl. I know something is up with James, but I wonder why he doesn't want to tell me.

''guys, rehearsal already started.'' Amanda says as she came to our table to get us. We all hurry to rehearsal and luckily we didn't get any trouble.

(The next morning)

I wake up not feeling like going to rehearsal. Unfortunately I have to, because internationals is around the corner and I have to be prepared.

After I am done getting ready, I wait for James to pick me up.

He is already 10 minutes late, so I decide to call him.

''hey James, where are you?''

''I am at the studio. Why aren't you here yet?'' he asks. Secretly I want to slap him for asking that question.

''I just woke up late I will be there soon. Can you tell miss Kate I will be there later?'' I ask him.

''yeah sure.''

''okay see you later. Love you, bye.'' I say.

'' yeah, bye.'' He says and ending the call directly, not even saying 'I love you too'. I sigh and walk to the studio, because no one can take me there.

I walk into studio A and see that no one is there. Miss Kate sees me walking and knocks on her window letting me know that she wants to talk to me.

''why are you late?'' she asks sternly.

''I just overslept and I had to walk. I am sorry, it won't happen again.''

''it better not or else I will replace you. I need a full commitment and if you can't give that then I'm sorry, but I will have to replace you.'' She says sternly. I feel the tears well up in my eyes.
