Kidnapped? By The Alpha?

Chapter 6

Kato's Pov

She hates me.

That's all there is to it. 

She really really hates me. 

I was so happy when I saw her in school. I had hoped she would be there and she was. Which made me and my wolf burst with happiness. 

Once I saw her in the library I couldn't help but let out a growl. The principle, being a pack member, flinched at my growl.

My mate was sent into the book shelve and hit the floor. She cringed a little in pain and it took all I had to not beat the shit out of him.

My mate cried out and the boy said "Awe. Did that hurt? I'm soooooo sorry."

He had said it in pure sarcasm and my mate looked at him absolutely pissed and growled "You're going to be sorry in five seconds."

She stood up and right hooked him in the jaw and then spun and kicked him in the chest and sent him stumbling to the ground.

Which made me smile with pride. How did I get so lucky to be gifted with having her as my mate? She was fierce and strong. And I wanted to know my mate more and more with every second I'm with her.

She scoffed and said "Told ya."

My beautiful mate then smirked and said "And I didn't even break a sweat."

"Miss. Montgomery." The principle said.

I glared at the boy and he knew I was the Alpha and took off out of the library. I'll deal with him later.

Evelyn turned around and the principle said "I really wish you'd spend your time in the library reading or studying. Not fighting. I won't give you detention. But you will be punished."

I sent him a warning look and basically told him via mind link, that if he hurt her, or gave her a punishment I didn't like, I'd be the one punishing him. 

"And you're punishment is show one of our new students around." He said.

I gave a nod in approval as that was a great punishment. It meant more time with her. He stepped aside and my mate's eyes went wide and my smirk came out. 

I saw the anger in her eyes and that made my wolf, who was like steel, strong and unfazed by anything, shiver and give a small whimper under her glare. Man we both were so whipped by her.  

"I trust you'll behave while you give the tour?" Our principle asked.

She nodded and said "Yes, sir."

He gave a nod and said "Well Mr. Crest. I leave you in her hands."

I nodded and once our principle was gone Evelyn sighed and said "Let's get this over with."

"What's the rush? We have all day don't we?" I asked smugly.

"No we don't. We only have one hour before the end of school. Then I'm out of here." She snapped. "Now let's get this stupid tour out of the way."

"Lead the way." I said.

She continued to glare at me and I only smirked at her. 

As we walked out of the library she said "Oh and by the way. I want my phone back."

She didn't look at me. I looked at her and blinked in confusion for a moment before I asked "You're phone?"

"Yeah. The one you stole from me when you kidnapped me." She snapped.

That was so she didn't get someone to come get her. And to protect her.

I chuckled and said "It was for your own good."

"For my own good?! You have got to be kidding me." She said in disbelief.

She then sighed in frustration and said "You know what? Forget it."

She pointed out as we walked down the hall "Water fountain, careful it leaks. History room, science lab, computer lab, gym-"

"Dang. Who knew tours were so boring." I said, trying to make her smile. 

No such luck.

She looked at me with angry eyes and said "Look. I don't want to show you around the school. I much rather let you figure it out on your own and hopefully get lost. But I promised I'd give you a tour and I will."

She was feisty like I said, but she was also funny too. God, I'm so in love with this girl.

"You and me both buddy." My wolf said.

I smiled at her and something I saw something in her eyes shift but continued on with the tour. She had shown me everything. It was boring but I was glad to have spent it with her. It was almost pure bliss. 

The final bell rang and she said "Well I hope you learned something on the tour."

"Yup." I said, she raised an eyebrow and I said "That you look good in those shorts."

It was true. Even though the looks other males, both human and pack members gave her, made me want to growl and teach them to not look at what is mine. But I just glared at them and it worked. 

She blinked in surprise and said "Ok look."

I raised an eyebrow and egged her on. She was clearly mad and was probably going to give me a piece of her mind.

"You don't kidnap someone, tell them they are safe, steal my phone and not give it back, and then make a failed attempt at flirting with them." She half snapped half yelled.

I lost my smile and had a blank face on but I looked at her with sadness in my eyes. I saw this effect her for a moment but then she covered it up and turned away and walked away.

"Best tour ever!" Nathan said and he fist pumped the air, while walking out of the school.

I looked at him and he said "I met my mate!"

I smiled and said "That's great! While you met your mate during your tour. I managed to piss mine off during mine."

I looked in the direction she went and said sadly "And now she hates me."

"She doesn't hate you. She just needs to warm up to you. She's not use to meeting new people." A female voice said.

I looked and a girl with gingery-brown hair walked down the school's front steps. She walked to Nathan and he placed a kiss on her forehead, making her smile. Jealousy came up in me as that is how I wanted me and my mate to be.

"Hi, I'm Kayla, Nathan's mate and personal tour guide." She said giving me a nod of respect and holding out her hand.

I shook it and she said "Not every day you get to meet your mate and show the beta around."

"You said Evelyn doesn't hate me?" I asked.

She nodded and said "I know she doesn't."

"And how would you know that?" I asked her suspiciously. 

"She's my best friend." Kayla said with a smile.

Perfect.

Now I had a way to learn more about her.
