✱Elsea's p.o.v ✱
"Alright Els, please be careful. But most importantly, have fun. You deserve it" dad embraces me in a big hug "and watch out for the paparazzi"
Only my dad would make that comment in the middle of the airport, he thought it'd be necessary for him to follow me. I'm flying alone from jersey, Olivia and her family will pick me up at the airport in Sweden. They traveled there a few days ago, that wasn't the originally the plan but they realized they needed to get there earlier and I certainly couldn't join them. Olivia has an older brother whom I don't know very well, maybe this trip will change that.
"Okay dad that's enough father-daughter time for today" I laugh and wiggle out of his embrace and he pouts. "Plus, I've got to board now. I'll miss you guys so much though"
"Hey. It's only for five days, you'll be home before you know it"

It was a seven hour flight, and god was I bored. I've never had a flight that long all by myself before, and I got bored after like an hour. It's just a very awkward feeling when you're not sure what to do.
I have just got my luggage and we're walking towards the exit where we were supposed to meet up but someone grabs my arm. I instinctively turn around and in front of me stands a girl, a bit younger than me I would say.
"Oh my god you're in Sweden" ah, a fan. How did she recognize me? I'm wearing big sunglasses and a beanie. She must be an OG.
"Um excuse me?" I say, allowing her to start over with the conversation.
"I'm sorry, I'm Isabella. I'm a big fan, I love your work. You're the coolest girl I know" she says without breathing one single time. That's impressing.
"Thank you, that's amazing to hear" I bring her in for a hug and she hugs me tight "you want a picture?"
"Of course! You're my idol, why wouldn't I want one?" I crotch down since she's shorter than me and she snaps the picture with a big smile "sorry mom's calling, it was so nice to meet you"
"I love you. And tag me in that pic on insta, yeah? I want it, it looked awesome"
"I will, I love you" she hurries away from me and I smile to myself as I put my sunglasses on again. Not because it's sunny, just because I don't have the energy to be recognized by too many people right now.
I keep on going towards the exit and stop outside, looking around without seeing Olivia or anyone near. That's weird, maybe I'm at the wrong exit? But how could that be possible, this airport is like so tiny compared to where I've been before. I look around me some more but they're nowhere to be seen.
I see a family running through the parking lot, they're probably about to miss their flight. Idiots.
When the family comes closer I realize that the idiots are Olivia and her family. They're all running towards me, not the airport.
"I swear, we did not forgot you! The traffic was insane, it was awful" Olivia pants and gives me a hug. I hear her brother Jesper whisper something in, what I assume is, Swedish to their dad, what's that about?
"Don't worry about it. I've only been here for like 10 minutes anyway" I smile and Olivia looks relived.
"Välkommen till vårt vackra land förresten" Olivia giggles and I can't make out one single word. All I hear is one blurry mess. I look at her with confusion and Jesper is the first to break a laugh, he looks like a 8 years old when he's really 18.
"Thought I'd challenge you a bit and it worked. I said Welcome to our beautiful country by the way"
"Well thank you I guess, it's freezing cold here though" I say and everyone laughs.
"And that's the reason you're wearing sunglasses?" Jesper speaks up and I haven't even realized I'm sill wearing them, I'm so rude.
"Gosh I'm so sorry, I didn't even realize I'm still wearing them" I quickly take them off and her mom laughs a little and speaks up.
"It's fine, we know what your... situation is like. We should get going though, we have a long car ride ahead of us"

An hour later we arrive at this beautiful house, or almost farm you could call it. It reminds me off grandma's and grandpa's house home in jersey. Their garden is huge, and full of plants and trees. I never imagined Olivia living like this, but now when I see it in front of me it's crystal clear. This is where she truly belongs.
This place seem to be a bit outside the city though, but it's right by the sea. I can't wait to wake up here, even though it's snow covering the ground.
I follow Olivia to her room and place my bags on the floor beside the king size bed.
"So this is where you wasted your childhood?" I ask and throw myself on the bed, man this bed is comfy.
"Yup, but the memories is still here" she smiles and gestures to her head causing me to laugh.
"Is this bed where you lost your virginity?" I tease and she laughs.
"Elsea, I moved away from this bed four years ago, meaning I was twelve at the time. You really think I lost my virginity when I was under twelve?"
"You never know!" I exclaim and she throws a pillow at my face. Before I know it we're in a full fledged pillow war.
