Who knows why. Who knows what words to use. Who knows what to say at all. My dad finally got around to calling me. I just sat there and listen and said "Ya" when he/she asked if I was still there. I called Seth when I got off the phone with him/her. "Seth? What would you say to my dad if you where me? I just got off the phone with her/him and I don't even know what to think about it." Seth replied calmly, "The correct term would be she but, if you feel uncomfortable with that than I would say he and I'm sure that she would understand. Also, she's still your dad, talk to her like she was your dad." I knew he was right, but my dad was asking me about different names to go by. We decided River was a really pretty name and she liked it so my father who was Phillip Francis is now River Francis and on discord River Prancis because she does a ton of My Little Pony art stuff.
Her therapist told her to start over. As a teen. My father has the mentality of someone younger than me. She also has new social media accounts. She made all of her social media under the name River Francis instead of Phillip Francis. It is different, how am I supposed to deal with this and stay mentally stable? Well, my mom wants me to get a therapist. Maybe I will feel like I have someone to talk to then.
