Check out their book "Playing Popular" Its very interesting ! Like and comment what you think (: Thank you !
Whats your favorite story that you have written so far ?
I like my story Playing Popular. I just started it, but I love the plot. I've seen other people have a nerd girl becoming a popular chic, but I have a few surprises that will hopefully make it stand out. :)
Can you tells us whats it about ?
It's about this girl, Darcy Williams, who has been at the bottom of the High school food chain since sixth grade. In her final year at Rosemary High, the "it" couple, Alice Spade and Bryce Martin, break up. Alice wants a plan to get revenge on Bryce, and lets just say that that's where Darcy comes in.
What was the hardest part when writing this story ?
Well, I've just started the story, but I have to trying to be a nerd. I'm a nerdy type of girl, but I'm not a nerd. I play sports, and the only classes that I have A+'s in are PE, Art, and Science.
What helps you over come writers block ?
It really just depends on the cause of the writers block. Say, if I just don't want to write anything for that story. Then I know that the idea is dead, and that I should of really made sure that I wanted to write it before I started it. That is why when I'm starting a story, I always map out what's going to happen chapter by chapter, so that I can refer to that if I can't remember what my characters are going to do yet. If you want to know the layout of how I do this, check out the Writer's Block chapter in my book How To Become Successful On Wattpad.
How do you make your story stand out from the others ?
I always try to add unexpected twists and turns, use new titles, and come up with plot changes that no one has thought of before. Also, I like to join threads in the Cafe like the "What would your character say?" threads. It helps other people become interested in my story, and also I get to know my characters better.
How do you come up with the title ?
I just look at the description for my story, pick out the key points, and chose which one I want my story to be known as.
Have any authors inspired you when writing a story ? If so who ?
Defiantly. I think that one of biggest inspirations was @moonswept I am in love with her Percy Jackson books. When I saw that she either deleted or stopped writing most of the back in 2013, I literally broke down and sobbed.
Also, @JustColor I think that she is simply amazing. She's so famous here, and an amazing writer, yet she doesn't have a huge ego. Her works are amazing, and even though she probably doesn't even know that I exist, she is my hero.
Aww that's is nice ! Did you want to say anything to the readers ?
I would love to! :)
Everyone who has possibly ever read one of my stories, whether you're a silent reader or one who can't keep quiet, thank you. Each and everyone of you have a place in my heart. Seriously, I think of y'all all the time. "What would my readers do?" "Would my readers like this?" "Do my readers do this?" I mean, sometimes I hate the fact that the person sitting beside me on the bus could be the person that I've become best friends with on Wattpad, yet I not know it. But at the same time, I'm just thankful to be able for any of y'all to know that I exist.
When I reached 10 followers, I was freaking out. I thought that I was an amazing writer, but the truth was, I wasn't. When I got to 100, I though "I'm famous now! YAH!!!!" Now, with 201 followers, I couldn't be happier. I know that thousands of people have, like, 20k followers or something, but I'm just happy that 201 of you cared enough to follow me.
I know that pretty much every Wattpadian has something off about them. I do. But Wattpad has seriously helped me. When I started it, I was just a shy girl, a wallflower, and no one really knew me except for a couple of friends, one of which betraying me for the popular crowd. But now, I'm a very outgoing, loud person, with tons of new friends. Wattpad has helped my life, I I sincerely hope that it helps yours.
I love each and everyone of y'all. Thank you.
