Kidada and I was shopping for an engagement ring along with Romeo we had been shopping for nearly two weeks now, one thing I've notice was how distance Aaliyah was starting to act although I wasn't gone let her being distant get to me due to how I think it's the whole pregnancy thing
I think our little girl is doing that to her, but again I didn't care I wanted to secure this relationship by sealing it with a large commitment making her wifey, it's crazy coming from me because I never thought I'd wife a chick up, ever, but my love for Aaliyah is so strong that I have to make her my Mrs.
Even though I got 2 children that's not with her I'm thankful for the two I have with her, life is amazing for me. "Look Aaliyah is simple you know she's not gonna want what most women want.", Kidada says holding Romeo hand and I nodded as I followed her
"Are you really gonna marry my mommy.", Romeo asked smiling he was excited about the whole thing he was more excited cause he was gonna meet his brother and sister for the first time which I was excited about too. "Yeah buddy, me, you, your mama, your brother, your sister and this new baby gonna be a a family officially.", I say as he smiled and the whole ideal of it was great
"Lookie there.", Kidada says leading me and Romeo to this ring which was beautiful I picked it up and examined it and gave it to Kidada as Romeo looked at it with a curious look. "It's beautiful the rest can't even fit on Aaliyah small ass finger.", Kidada says as I laughed and shook my head
As we were examining the ring and the other rings we heard someone clear their voice and we turned around and saw a woman smiling at us. "Hi, I'm Laura and I can't help but notice you two staring at rings and I was wondering have you two found what your looking for concerning your engagement.", Laura says and Kidada and I looked at one another
"Oh hell no, excuse my language but we ain't engaged or nothing he's trying to marry my best friend I'm just trying to help and yes we actually found a ring.", Kidada says as Laura nodded with a smile. "Excuse me for my mistake.", Laura says as I handed her the ring and she checked it out and smiled
"Nice one we actually just put this out it's gonna cost you.", Laura says going behind the counter and I scoffed playfully with a playful look on my face. "Doesn't matter, my girl a queen and I'm willing to spend whatever.", I say as she awwed most men she dealt with probably never said that before but I was real and as raw as I can get
"Then come on then.", Laura says as Kidada looked at Damon proudly and Romeo just watched the whole thing not knowing he was witnessing something big in the making. "Here we go.", I say handing the large diamond ring as she scanned the price and smiled
"Don't you want any customs too it sir.", Laura asked and I thought about it then I realize nothing I did is lame I'm extra and I'm making the most of it. "Yeah you think you can put diamonds around it.", I say and she smiled at me as Kidada ruffled Romeo hair and he grinned weakly
"That's gonna cost you more but it'll be ready in 2 Weeks for the customs.", Laura says and I smirked cause that actually gave me time. "That's perfect thanks.", I say as I looked at Kidada and she grinned and Romeo looked up at me and smiled
"So That's Mama ring right.", Romeo asked and I chuckled slightly. "Yes sir my dude.", I say as we ended up exiting the place and going back to my crib and Romeo was rambling all day about everything and Kidada laughed hearing him talk endlessly
As soon as we get there Aaliyah wasn't there she probably still being interviewed or something I don't know but it gave me and Kidada time to talk. "Look I'm a propose to Liyah in 5 Weeks right in the mean time we got a lot to do like renting out places and I'm trying to do Egyptian theme but I think about proposing to her at our baby shower cause that's gonna be Egyptian theme knowing her.", I say and Kidada nodded
"Agreed I think you should do at the baby shower cause everyone is gonna be there plus it's gonna be the icing on the cake for you, family and friends are gonna be there and all.", Kidada says and I smiled widely. "It's gonna be official.", I smiled as Kidada and I hugged each other
