Here we are lying on a white mattress in a small hut at the peak of Mount Huangshan side by side. By means of side by side is Im lying next to Zhengting. I rest my hands on my stomach and keeps blinking rapidly at the top of this small hut, not daring to have a look on Zhengting who did the same like me. We aren't looking at each other and have been remaining silent since the last few minutes. The hut is so silent that I even hear our heart beat so fast.

FLASHBACK TO A FEW HOURS AGO...

I gulped nervously upon hearing the guide's demand. Sharing the same room with Zhengting?! I secretly took a peek on Zhengting. He looked astonished as well. The hikers that we hanged around with smiled sheepishly to both of us.

'' Well, it's okay, you guys are just sharing a room for a night, right? Plus, you both are a couple, so why not, '' One of them winked at us.

ITS FREAKING NOT OKAY PLUS WE'RE NOT A COUPLE YET! Im screaming internally. What do you expect if a grown up man and woman stay in a same room even if its just for a night? Yeah yeah, Im an orthodox plus I dont think staying in a room with Zhengting is a good idea! Not to say that he'll do something on me but its more likely that I am the one who's gonna do something on him! I don't trust myself for the sake of god!

Zhengting's eyes than met mine in silence. He then replied to the guide, '' We're alright with that, '' I was about to refuse when the other hikers cheering nastily at us. Both Zhengting and I blushed terribly. Im doomed. I swear.

END OF FLASHBACK...

Feeling a bit cramped on my hands, I switch the position of my hands and place them on the mattress only to accidentally touched Zhengting's hand. Im startled by my own action and decided to pull it back when he suddenly grabs my hand and intertwines our fingers. I look at him just to see him looking at me too. Im not sure if this is an awkward or pleasant silence that is arousing us at the moment.

'' Its a cold night, isn't it? '' I try to break the silence and I can sense my voice wavers due to nervousness. Zhengting then turns his body to face mine and instead of replying, he moves closer to me. He then whispers, '' Are you cold? ''

'' Nn..no..yyess..no..yy..yes! '' I frown because of my stupid answer. What the hell did I just utter? Im just embarrassing myself to him. He chuckles to my reaction. '' I take it as a yes then, '' He leans much closer to me that there's no empty space between us on the mattress. He pulls our intertwined fingers and place them on his chest. He then reaches his other hand and caresses my cheek gently. I smile a little and decide to turn to face him as well. We're now facing each other real close that I can even feel his breath on my face.

'' Thank you for accompanying me, '' He speaks up. '' Im glad to spend times with you, ''

He smiles gracefully before continuing, '' Don't run away from me again, ''

I shake my head a little, '' No, I won't, ''

Deep inside I am hoping that this will be the moment where he'll confess his feelings to me. Zhengting, do you love me like I do?

For a quick moment,  I spot Zhengting's eyes flicks down to look at my lips. He lowers his face slowly and looks back up at me as if he asks me for my consent. I look him in the eyes and having known that he's having my consent, he closes the slightest distance among us and his lips gently pressing against mine as we close our eyes. Our lips move slowly against one another and I can feel our bodies are closer than we had ever been as he places his hand on my waist just to pull me closer as he can. I can also feel his long eyelashes brush against my cheek as he turns his head to find a better position into the kiss. I curve a little smile through the kiss, causing Zhengting's lips to smile against mine.

In this moment of time, I enjoy his single kiss that makes me feel as if I am the only girl in the world to him. His kiss is passionate yet gentle, just like what I've been longing to. I won't forget my first kiss. We then pull back after a minute of our lips moving slowly together, panting for air. His eyes don't leave mine even after we withdraw from the kiss. I can't help but to blush. Without saying anything, he crashes his lips against mine and kiss me again, longer and deep than before.

TIME SKIPS..

'' Chengcheng, you look fatter, '' Tzuyu comments as soon as we are ready for our lecturer after a month of holiday. Now we're back for the second semester. Chengcheng raises his eyebrow, '' What do you mean fatter? Im not even fat! ''

Tzuyu rests her chin on her palm, '' Do you need a mirror to see it for yourself?  I can lend you one '' Chencheng looks at her annoyingly, '' Thanks but no thanks, I can afford a mirror, ''

Ling Chao who passes by us quickly welcome us with a big smile, making him look like a little prince. '' Hey guys! ''

We greet him back. Chengcheng then speaks up, '' So how's your vacation with Hani, Chao? ''

My smile fades. Shit! I forgot my lies to Chengcheng! Ling Chao looks genuinely puzzled when he sees my pale face.

'' What vacation? We didn't even meet during the holiday, ''

Now, all eyes are on me, hungry for my explanation.
