Chapter thirteen

Sapphire's POV
It has been a month and Dora has not woken up yet, it has been a gloomy day for everyone both the workers at home miss her she is the light in the house and now she is still in this coma the house became darker and sadder every day. The cardiac arrest that happened to her was fatal and we almost lost her but we didn't. I was a the restroom when this all happened and it made me sad that I was not there with her again.
But the strangest thing is that I saw William in the hospital and he looked like he wanted to die so I told him to come with me so we could have a chat since my husband is not here and he is almost like a son to me.
He told me that he liked Isadora and he came to see if she was doing okay, I was shocked and surprised at first but it was normal to like someone so it isn't his fault he likes her. I told him he can come any day to see her and he was so happy at least I could manage to make him happy.
Now I am in Dora's room watching her and combing her hair while humming a song when I felt her hand twitch a little I thought I was imagining it so I didn't bother. After a while it did it again and her eyes started opening, I am so happy that  tears started pouring from my eyes.
"Dora, my princess, my baby how are you, are you okay wait I'm going to call the doctor now alright." I hurriedly left to call a doctor.
"Well, it's nice of you to wake up miss Isadora, I am going to have to do several check ups to see if you are okay alright." The doctor said while doing his job.
"Your okay and everything else seems fine so we are going to take all these machine out so you can be more comfortable." He said and I went to tell her father and William that she is awake.
"Dora, baby do you need anything." I asked.
"W-water. I-i want w-water." She said.
"Okay, here is your water." She took it and drank it then placed it on the table beside her.
She tried sitting up but could not so I helped her.
"Is that okay with you." I asked.
"Y-yes m-mom b-but w-why c-can't I feel my l-legs." She is crying and shaking and the heart monitor is beeping like crazy, she has to calm down and I feel like crying. All of a sudden my husband and William entered her room while staring immensely at her shaking and sobbing figure with emotions in their eyes.
