01. Alone

SCENE I

THE SKY WAS blue as the color of the deep calming ocean with dark clouds nowhere to be seen. Dead leaves flew as the wind blew.

It was a peaceful sunday with only a few cars and people to be seen. Jisoo found it odd how there were only a few people that walked on the sidewalk, unlike the previous sundays where she would take long walks and would often see plenty varaity of faces that would pass her.

But today was different atlast and yet, it was everything she could ask for; peacefullness and a slight chance of silence.

Jisoo was always a quiet person so whenever she would feel like there wasnt anything interesting to do at home, She would often go for walks, read books, go to her favorite local cafe shop, or sometimes just want to escape from the reality of which she lives in. But of course, it always has to be with her bestfriend, kim taehyung.

But today, she didnt feel like going out to places with him. The feeling was yet unknown to her. It was up to her to choose either she liked the feeling or totally despised it.

She wasnt feeling sad nor happy, just puzzled and confused how she wanted to go places wherein taehyung's voice and presence werent there. Today she only wanted to be alone with herself, with a little bit of peace and quiet.

Jisoo's chest was falling and raising as she breathed and exhaled, having her eyelids closed because of the sun which absorbed her pale features.

She opened her eyes and threw her view beside her just as she heard a familiar voice. "hey chikin~" beside jisoo was a tall man with small - slightly hooded eyes, sharp jawline and beautiful black hair that the wind carressed, It was taehyung. "T-taehyung!? How did u find out im here!? I didnt see you beside me." She exclaimed having her face puzzle-shocked. Making taehyung sure that jisoo was confused and she wanted to know.

"Uhh duh cuz im ur best friend. Im suppose to know everything you do" taehyung's full lips slightly turned into a smirk as he played with jisoo's hair which caused it to look a bit like a mess.

"Why havent you been talking to me lately?" taehyung wined, staring at her eyes, waiting for the proper answer to come out of jisoo's mouth. "Eh? What do you mean?" She raised her eyebrow and looked up at his face. "Nowadays, youve been acting so wierd and you dont even talk about your whats happening in ur life and talk to me anymore like you used to.." Again, without understanding what he said, she gave him another puzzled look.

"Pardon?" Taehyungs lips formed into a pout as his two feet stopped. "Are you forgetting me already? Is it because you like Jimin?" Taehyung jokingly said as he elbowed jisoo. Hearing the exact words that left taehyung's lips, her feet suddenly stopped walking. "holy cow, it is because of jimin!" taehyung Screeched.

Jisoo on the other hand, tried to reach taehyungs face and covered his mouth with her two small hands. Even though the real reason wasnt jimin and was still unknowb, she still didnt want anyone not even taehyung to mention jimin's name because her heart would go pit a pat when she would see his presence and hear his angelic name or maybe she might suddenly go crazy.

Another reason is she didnt want anyone to know she has feelings for jimin. "Shhhh!" she slowly removed her hands off his lips and continued walking.

Taehyung gently placed his index finger on jisoo's blushing cheeks and gave her an alien looking grin.

"You know what, i actually want to see the two of you be together." taehyung said funnily with a slightly wierdend accent. Her heart shaped lips curved into a sheepish smile, Seconds later Jisoo finally got it out of her and suddenly confessed about her feelings for jimin.

"okay fine, i like him. You happy!?" She rolled her eyes then focused on the brick designed ground.

"Very happy." Still walking, the distance between them were decreasing causing their hands to slightly rub against each other. But deeply inside taehyung, he wasnt that happy cause now, it was confirmed that jisoo actually likes jimin.

And because Jisoo didnt know that taehyung likes her too. Not just like her, he could probably say more than liking her. He not-showingly, quievered his lips as his eyes met the brick designed ground, same as jisoo's. He closed his two eyes. But you dont know that i will be happier if im the guy you like instead of jimin. I wish you can love me instead.
