Daredevil and The Avengers

The Heroes

It was dark....scary....lonely. There was no sort of life in any form. I appear to be in Hell's Kitchen but nothing is happening. I can only tell where I am from feeling the atmosphere of Hell's Kitchen around me....but nothing else. There's no beeping of cars, no loud conversations, no heat signatures of humans.......nothing......no sound.

"Hello?" I call out in a surprisingly scared voice. I don't usually get this scared but there is no sound....why is there no sound?

"Please?! Anyone!????" I scream with fear.

'What am I going to do? Why can't I hear anything? What the hell is going on?!!' I keep thinking these things over and over again in my head. It's driving me crazy! I got to get out of this place!!!!!

"SOMEONE HELP ME!" I scream running down the streets in panic. I can't live like this...no sound!!???. What am i going to do????

"HELP!" I scream and then suddenly I feel a change in atmosphere. No wind, or anything....just blackness and nothing.

"ughhhh" I hear someone say and then I hear a bunch of foot steps come towards me. Then I notice that the sound was actually me.

I open my eyes even though I'm blind so the people there will know I'm awake. I must have been dreaming. I try to sit up but I'm pushed back down by a force. "Hey, take it easy" One of the people say who I'm presuming was the one who pushed me slowly back to a laying position.

Then I remembered what happened. "Where am I?" I say a quietly because I can't stand loud noises.

"Your in the Avengers Tower. We brought you to my lab which can also be used for medical treatment" One guy said who sounded like any doctor would.

"Thank you for helping me but who exactly are you guys?" I say to I believe about 4 people in the lab/medical room.

"You can't tell? We are the Avengers!" One guy says in a exited, child-like way. He yells it so loud that my ears feel like they are bleeding. I rush to put my hands to my ears from the loud sound.

"You ok dude?" Another voice says worried and confused.

"Yeah just...could you be quieter next time...my ears are really sensitive and when you just talk normally I still flinch" I say starting to take my hand off of my ears very slowly.

"Oh..okay don't worry we will make sure Tony is quiet around you" One person says in a quiet voice.

"Thanks" I say and slowly take my hands off my ears. Then I start to get up again but as I do so grunt in pain because my side really hurts and my head is throbbing.

"You broke 4 ribs, got many bruises, many cuts, and a grade 3 concussion. Also, you sprained your arm and your leg" The doctor guy says in a calm tone.

"Don't worry ill be fine. I've has worse so ill just get going" I say as I start to get up and stand but i'm forced down by someone.

"I'm sorry but we cannot let you leave. We want to make sure your okay, plus I think it could be fun to have someone different hang around the tower" A voice says sounding concerned but also happy to have someone else be at the tower. (He should really learn there names so he doesn't just keep calling them 'A voice')

"Fine but can I at least know your names?" I say to please my confusion.

"I'm Clint"

"I'm Tony"

"I'm Bruce"

"and I'm Steve"

As they all say there names I make sure to remember the sound of there voices with there name. "Thanks and nice to meet you all" I say in the nicest voice I can. "My name is Matt by the way" I say without worrying about my secret identity because there a probably billions of Matt's here.

"Oh well nice to meet you too Matt" Bruce says in a friendly tone.

"Okay enough of this silly stuff! Lets go get something to eat, i'm starving!" Tony says making my ears and head hurt. I flinch at the noise and cover my ears.

"Tony. Don't scream" Bruce says quietly then grabs my arms to pull them off.

"Sorry" Tony says putting his hands up in the air I presume.

"It's okay don't worry about it" I say in a chill tone.

"Okay lets go and eat" Clint says and starts to walk of the room.

Bruce grabs my arm to help me stand up and we start to walk to the kitchen.

Third Person POV:

As Bruce, Matt, Tony, and Steve walk, Matt don't know where to go because he's blind and doesn't know around the tower. He almost runs into a wall but Steve stops him just in time.

"Hey, you okay there?" Steve says in a worried tone after stopping Matt from almost running into a wall.

"Yeah, why do you ask?" Matt say unaware of what almost happened.

"Umm you almost ran into a wall dude" Clint says in a confused way but also smirking a little at his clumsiness.

"Oh, I...I'm just a little dizzy that's all" Matt says trying to think of a excuse instead of the 'I'm Blind' thing.

"Okay i'll guide you don't worry, just hold onto my shoulder" Steve says placing Matt's hand on his shoulder.

"Thanks" Matt says and then they start to walk over to the kitchen, thankfully not running into any walls.

When they enter Thor is also in there but no Natasha because she out on a mission for S.H.I.E.L.D.

"Hello everyone! Who is your new friend?!" Thor's yells throughout the room. Matt flinches at the noise and quickly grabs his ears in pain.

"Ughhh" Matt says dropping on the ground, closing his eyes, and still covering his ears.

"Thor. You cannot yell around Matt. Talk very quietly" Bruce says when kneeling down to Matt who's on the ground.

"Sorry friend Matt. I didn't mean any harm" Thor says in a quiet voice getting some looks from Steve and Clint because they didn't think the god could be that quiet.

Matt slowly lifts his hands from his hears but still could hear the ringing. "You okay Matt?" Bruce says inspecting his ears.

"Not really" Matt chokes out in a quiet voice that only Bruce can hear.

"Okay, why don't we eat, then ill check your ears out?" Bruce says in a quiet friendly tone.

"Sure" Matt says getting up from the ground with Bruce's help.

Matt is starting to like it hear but he doesn't know how long he can go without telling them his secret. They will find out soon probably so maybe telling them the truth is the best idea. The only thing is Matt kinda likes having people treat him normally and not like a fragile glass plate about to break.
