Chapter Eight

Nora's (POV)

I've been in this room all day, Maybe I'll go find kaname. I walk out of the room and see Max, I walk past Max but he grabs my arm stopping me from walking further. "If my brother ever displeases you or you ever get tired of him come to me and I'll show you how you should be treated." He says and let's go of me, I ignore him and continue walking to Kaname's office when I open his door he's piled with papers. "H-hello?" I ask quietly. He looks up and he gets out of his chair and walks towards me. "Wow you look so beautiful for our date." He says while smiling at me. "T-thank you" I say as I blush. "I have to work till five what do you want?" He Asks me. "I just wanted to see you I got really bored." I say. "That's really sweet of you but I can't talk right now sorry but you're welcome to stay and watch tv while I do paperwork." He tells me, I sit down on a comfy lounge chair and turn on the tv with the volume down low. A man walks in and stares at me with red eyes, I look at Kaname who is engulfed in work, The man looks angry at me. "King Kaname why is there a human in here?" He Asks Kaname. "Because she's my soulmate and if I see you staring at her like that again I'll make you suffer." He says to the man.

"Yes sir well uh we have to talk about when you're doing the coven meeting?" The man asks. "When she's ready we will but she's not." He says to the man. The man walks out of his office and I go back to watching Netflix. I start giggling at the anime. "Can you keep it down?" He Asks me. "Y-yes s-sorry." I say shyly, Three more hours go by and I fall asleep. "Nora are you ready?" He Asks. But no response. "Nora?" He Asks again but still no response. I wake up with him leaning towards me. "Are you awake?" He Asks me. "Ya sorry" I say while getting up. "Let me put something nicer on." He tells me. "Wait here" He says. As He leaves the office.

Kaname's (POV)

I walk out of the office and go into my chambers to wear something nice, I go into the closet and pull out a plaid button up shirt with jeans that are tight fitted, I finish up and walk back to my office to see Nora waiting by the door. "Are you ready to go?" I ask her. She nods her head and we head to my car, I start the car and am taking her to an amazing bar that I love, We arrive at the bar within 20 minutes and I open the door for her, she steps out of the car and we head inside. "Why are we at a bar?" She Asks me. "Because I wanted to take you to a bar you will love their sweet drinks." I tell her.

Nora's (POV)

Kaname walks me up to the bar and orders me a strawberry margarita, In just one minute they're done making it. He orders a stronger drink called whiskey, I take a sip of my drink and my eyes go wide with all the sugar. "Do you like it?" He Asks me. "It's so sweet!" I tell him as I lick around the edges of my cup, I drink all of my margarita and feel wobbly, Kaname seems to have noticed and orders me a glass of water. "Are you getting drunk?" He Asks me. "No" I say. I order a martini to see what it tastes like, I take a sip of it and Kaname looks over at me while he drinks his vodka.

"This is sweet" I say while I look at it. "Is it good?" He Asks me. "Yes!" I say while I push my drink to him. "Try it" I say happily, He takes a sip and smiles at me. "I can see why you like it." He says. I start feeling a bit dizzy so I get up and suddenly feel sick, I try to hold it in and Kaname gets up and walks over to me and holds my hair while he rubs my back. "Bring a trash can over fast." He says to a man walking in and they bring me the trash can Kaname puts it in front of me and I throw up some alcohol, Kaname goes into the men's room when he comes out he has a paper towel. "Here" He says to me while he hands it to me.

I wipe my mouth and we leave to his car. "Sorry" I apologize to him. "Don't apologize you just drank to much." He says and we head back to the vampire mansion, When we get there he opens the door for me and I get out, I start wobbling behind him to his Chambers. "Are you alright?" He Asks me. "Yaaa I'm just dizzy." I tell him and he picks me up and carries me into the bathroom. "Do you want a hot bath?" He Asks me. "Yes" I tell him while I start stripping he walks out of the bathroom and shuts the door, I turn on the hot water while getting into the bathtub, I fill the tub up with soap and lay in the hot water while the bathroom becomes filled with steam, I look over to find the bathroom door opening. I just relax in the bath.

Nora's (POV)

I soak in my hot bath and see a figure of a person poking their way through the door I get scared and close the curtain. "Don't be scared." A young mans voice says. I don't recognize it as Kaname's voice. The shower curtain opens all of a sudden and I jump up in surprise. "Ohhh you're so sexy." The young voice says and as soon as the steam clears up I realize it's Max.

Max strips naked and I don't dare look down, I just stare at his face. He gets in the bath and I hop out grabbing a towel, He pulls me into the bath and I fall on him, I try to get back up but he grabs me by my waist roughly while he sucks my breasts. I let out a moan, I cover my mouth trying not to make another sound and his hands go down me, I slap him and he gets angry. "Don't raise your hand towards me!" He yells and pulls me out of the bath he drags me into the bedroom and throws me on the bed while he jumps on top of me.

I try to push him off of me as I feel his member rubbing against my groin closer to my vagina. He starts sucking my neck and I start crying feeling hazy from those drinks, As he starts pushing against my vaginal lips the chamber doors open and Kaname comes running over to us as he sees what Max is doing Kaname yanks Max off of me before Max can get inside of me, I cover up with the blankets while shaking.

Kaname's (POV)

I walk out of my chambers to go check on my office while I leave Nora to bathe in the soothing hot water, she's so drunk I can't believe she was about to strip in front me, I go into my office and clean everything up before heading back to my chambers I can sense something is wrong, I hurry back and when I open up my chamber doors I see Max laying on top of Nora while they're both naked Nora is crying, I run over to Nora and yank Max off of her before he can go any further than he's already gone, I punch Max square in the face making him role over himself. "Get out of my sight!!" I yell at him and he runs out of the room.

Nora's (POV)

I watch as Kaname punches Max in the face and Max roles over himself, he quickly runs out of the room, "Are you ok?! Did he hurt you?!" Kaname Asks me in a panic. "No" I say in a low quiet voice as Kaname sits beside me. "Do you want your night gown?" He Asks me and I nod my head. He goes over to the closet to get my night gown when he brings it to me he turns around with his eyes closed, I change into the night gown and sit back down on the bed while hugging myself, Kaname turns back around while he hugs me.

"I'm so sorry my brother did that to you he almost raped you, I assure you he will get punished for attempted rape." He tells me. I cry into Kaname's chest while I shake, He rubs my back in a circular motion in an attempt to soothe me, "Max will never lay a hand on you again." He tells me while he holds me close while I continue to shake, Kaname lays me down on the bed and runs his fingers through my hair. "You can relax I won't let anything or anyone in my chambers" He tells me. I just look at him and think about Max than I shutter and burrow my face into the pillow. "Shhhh.... it's ok" He tells me as he wraps his arms around me which makes me cry, my tears won't stop I can't help but to cry thinking of Max's body on top of me, I thought he was going to crush me.

I shutter again and squeeze the pillow. "Do you want to sleep?" He Asks me. "N-no" I say in a shaky voice, He gets up and locks his Chamber doors while he crawls back in bed falling to sleep, I stay up all night to afraid to sleep, When Kaname opens his eyes seeing that I'm still awake he rubs my back and snuggles with me. "You need to sleep." He tells me. "I c-can't." I say. "Just try I'll give you a back massage." He tells me as he starts rubbing my back lightly, I start to relax and as soon as I close my eyes I pass out. When I wake up I can still feel his warmth, I wake up and sunshine is shining into the room, I look around and find Kaname looking at me. "How did you sleep?" He Asks me while moving my bangs out of my eyes.

"I slept well" I say while staring at Kaname. "What happened to Max?" I ask.
"He's locked up in the dungeon." He tells me while wrapping his arms around me, I notice I'm naked and sit up while I hold the blanket to me to cover myself up. He looks at me with a curious look as gets up to hands me my clothes. "Here." He says while putting my clothes next to me while he covers his eyes and turns around. I drop the blanket and grab my clothes. I start putting on my underwear and bra, I hear someone knock on the door. "Are you dressed?" Kaname Asks me. "Not completely." I say in a quiet voice. "Ok I'm going to open the door go get finished in the bathroom." He tells me as he walks over to the door, I get up, grab my clothes and go into the bathroom than I shut the bathroom door. That was close I thought that person was going to open the door.
