The Doctor to my rescue

Doctor?

Valentina's POV:
"What the?" I say looking around at the huge space that was inside that tiny little blue box "what is this thing?" "It's called a TARDIS which stands for-" "Time And Relative Dimension In Space." I say cutting him off, he looks too me with a confused thinking face, "how did you know that?" He asks "I don't know." I answer still looking at my surroundings with curiosity, "my name's the doctor and you are?" "Valentina." I answer looking at him "Well Valentina this is gonna be a bumpy landing so I advise you hold on to something, I clutch the railing in the huge TARDIS doing exactly what he says and when we land I run to the door and run outside without a second thought and see a hole army of angels "what is that?" I ask him while he's beside me, I look over at him only to see he's more confused then me "that shouldn't be there." He says once again grabbing his stick and glasses but this time pointing it in one of the angel's face "what's that?" I ask gesturing toward the stick thing "oh it's my sonic screwdriver comes in handy." He says as the screwdriver lets out a final buzz and the angel begins to move "what are you doing here?" He asks still in its face "we're here for her." It says pointing towards me "me? Why would you bloody want me?!" I yell walking towards it "it's not just us, there's many more monsters to come." It says and turns back to stone, I run back inside the TARDIS shocked at what just happened and I hide in the library which I felt like I knew where it was even though I don't recall ever meeting this man before in my life, I sit there thinking for about half an hour before I hear footsteps coming towards me and I hide in between book (where I was so small and the shelves were huge it made it easy to hide there, "Valentina?" "I don't feel like talking." I say hiding me face in my legs that were pressed against my chest "how did you find this place, I couldn't barely find it and I live here." "I said I don't feel like talking right now." "Alright I'll be in central control if you need me." "Ok." I answer in a voice so gentle and quiet you could barely tell I'd said anything at all.

Doctor's POV:
I sit on a tiny couch across from the control panel and think about what just happened, 'why were they trying to get Val?' I think and then I remember what happened earlier her already knowing what TARDIS meant and knowing where the library is.' it's all just so weird but that's the way I liked it, if they're wasn't anything to figure out then they're wasn't any fun in finding things that were strange and after a while of thinking I came to the conclusion that I had to find out about her past before I could understand what was going on, maybe there's something she isn't telling or something that she can't remember, so I looked her up on my computer and a picture came up of her that looked to be a very old one and next to it was the sentence "the second to last living Timelord in existence," but next to it read the words "deceased January 5th 2018." My mouth flew open that was nearly 8 years ago and now this person who is supposedly dead is sitting in my library, 'wait," I think to myself stopping all other thoughts that might be racing through my mind, 'what's today?' Fear gripped me as I looked at the date in the corner of the screen "January 5th 2018." I read it aloud in a whisper "what's wrong?" Came a warm and gentle voice at the stair case "what?" "You looked concerned about something." "Oh it's nothing." The computer explained some of it but they're was still one big question I needed to answer, 'why are all the monsters after her?'

After a couple hours we were at the next destination which was Libraria named exclusively because of it's gigantic library, "why are we here?" Asks Val with a confused look on her face "do you know where we are?" "Well I've never left earth before but I had a dream about this place once, I think it was called Libraria because of the huge library." "Correct." "Huh weird." I hear her whisper under her breath in response "so question why are we here." She asks "because I need to look something up and these books update themselves every time something about them needs to change so none or out dated." "That's so cool." I didn't answer I just went to the person section and I realized I didn't know Val's last name "Val!" "What?!" "What's you're last name?" "Umm I can't remember!" "What do you mean you can't remember?!" "I mean I was Home schooled and my parents never told me!" That answer just raised more questions, 'why did they isolate her?' "Do you think you could call and ask?" I say walking up to her with a flip phone "I think I can try." She answers dialing her parent's phone number "hello, Bell, I just needed to ask something." I try not to listen but where the library is so quiet I couldn't help but hear "no I know you're time is very valuable," She says to Bell, 'who is that? Is that her mom?' I think to myself "but Bell I just need to know our last name," she says letting out a sigh "I know Bell I'll do the dishes and I'll get 10 lashes when I get home, now will you please tell me our last name?" She whispers the last bit in hopes of making me not able to hear but I still make out what she says, 'what does she mean by lashes?' I cock an eyebrow as she looks at me "thanks, Bell." And hangs up "who was that?" "My Mom." She sighs and then hands me the phone back "my last name is Black." I nod my head and then go back to the sections of books I was looking at and eventually find a book labeled Valentina Black.
